I built a campaign and I used the spam test and the email went to spam for a lot of providers. I couldn’t find any information of how to correct this. I tried another platform and the emails don’t go to spam so I know the issue isn’t my domain authority. At the moment I am still testing this email campaign but I am keen to use Moosend and refer our users to Moosend. Will it be possible in the future to have more details about why an email campaign is hitting spam?
