Most of the time we have to merge the conversations and I think they should be merged.

What is the best way to generate leads with WATI, Can you please provide various case study?
Recently run FB Ad, it was fun interacting with them. I have applied it through FB AD; as soon as your target audience signup for free eBook or courses, Wati Apps directly sends the downloadable eBook on his mobile. This engages further by setting Chatbot automation, where the target audience comes to know other offerings.

You can always log on to the Hubspot browser from your phone by using your internet app? You can use all the features from Hubspot from your phone even if not through the app. I use this often when I am out and about or on the go and need to answer live chats or emails.
