You can do this!
You'd do this by building a workflow automation with the "has attachment" identifier as the "condition" and then filter a report based on the populated identifier field (I would recommend a custom field but you could also use a tag).

I do not like anything about Mobile Monkey. They are horrible to work with. The software was buggy and lacking in features promised by our sales rep. They continue to charge our credit card each month, even after we cancelled this horrible chat service.
