# Could there be a voice call integration in the app in the future?

At the moment we use Aircall to call our clients, it would be much easier to be able to call from HelpScout directly.

I'm Anthony, a member of Help Scout's support team. We have an existing integration (included in all of our plans) with Aircall that allows you to make calls directly from Help Scout.

An admin within your account can set up this integration by going to Manage - Apps - and searching for Aircall
