as an enterprise SDR in the IT space, I am mainly using gong to record my cold calls for coaching purposes. I am also using it to record external meetings with prospects to take better notes on my conversations. Are there other ways I am not using gong to its fullest extent that I could use it more and get more value out of gong? Am I missing anything? What else can be done? How can I use it to further my education as a salesperson or to drive deeper insights into the industry? What else is there?
If I wanted to understand what the hot topic of a given conversation was, how would I be able to pin-point the most discussed words in the conversation?
