It can be used for planning data center relocations and migrations to the cloud ensuring no unplanned outages in services. Yes, KTern can be used in run mode. The product is designed to be used from discovery to run mode. There's an inbuilt Knowledge base engine called HanaPedia which ca n be used during AMS or Run mode of the project. IT also has something called Digital Mines to suggest Process improvements and a digital twin builder as part of it. There's an inbuilt issue management tool as well.
