C/C++ Integrated Development Environments (IDE) Resources

I had gotten curious about this before as well and found that it has to do with it having the need for multiple libraries (Mac and Windows do not share very much in common, thus the need for more than one library). no its only for swift there was objective -C also but prefer to go with swift.
