Hey, Adet! Great question! Lots of our users have told us a great way to handle time-off or vacation approval is to create a List and a Form where a user can fill out their request. After that, the Form creates a task and your manager can approve it by moving it into an approved status. From there, you can have a Calendar view in ClickUp filtered for tasks in that status. Those tasks can then by synced to Google Calendar for all users to see as well!

I think that Bugzilla has a very defined purpose, and many users and companies are looking for tools that can handle multiple tasks. I think integrations are also an issue, and I would add that having to host the product might be a deterrent. Many companies are looking for SaaS-type products that they don't have to manage and that integrate with their existing products natively. But for those that use Bugzilla, it is still a viable product for enterprise bug tracking in hardware and software environments.

this depends on where you're filtering. If you're trying to use the issue navigator in JIRA Cloud, select "switch to basic" and you are given the option to select through some commonly used fields.
