Hey, Fabian! Are you looking for use-cases of labels as in Time Tracking, or do you mean tags for tasks? If you're talking about labels, you can use them on each time entry to then filter when you report on your time. As an example, you can mark time entries with a label for "client a" then see all of their time together in one place. This would be useful if the client's tasks aren't all in the same List, for example, and you couldn't filter by location! For tags, you can use them to group, view, or manage any related tasks through filters. Tags are useful just like labels, where statuses can be restricted or the location of the tasks varies across your Workspace. We use tags internally to delineate the type of bug, some of our Enterprise clients, or even if an integration is made by a third-party inside of our features list!
