# When will it be possible not to consider the working hours, then in the programming, the weekends?

So as not to lengthen the tasks from Friday to Monday, erroneously considering 2 more days.

Hey, Antonio!

Were you looking to skip weekends for recurring tasks or just in general? You can skip weekends when using recurring tasks, but anything else would be a feature request: https://clickup.canny.io/feature-requests

Hi, I meant when a task goes on between Friday and Monday, but you don’t have to consider the weekend. It's not a recurring task. If for example a task should last 16 hours, with 8 working hours, and starts on Friday and ends on Monday, the task should not consider the weekend, otherwise it would end on Saturday, which is not working.
