Hi Kausha, Thanks for the question! It sounds like you are describing our candidate search feature. This can be found at the top of your account by clicking "candidates". Candidate search puts your entire applicant database into one bucket that you can then refine down using smart filters. I would recommend tagging your applicants and then sorting by a specific tag when reviewing the database. W'2s can be printed out once you are allowed access to the site as a user by your company. If you are the one running payroll then you can click on an employee profile and get it from there. If you are running direct deposit then you will have to get it in this manner and distribute it accordingly. If you are getting your pay mailed to you then it should be attached to the check.
