When are you going to roll out text transcription?

Text transcription is available and we are using it. You can have transcription in an IVR and captured as part of the caller journey. You can use Agent Assist to provide agents with a real-time text display of both sides of the conversation. You can use Interaction Analytics to search for keywords and review the conversation post-call.

Just search Talkdesk in Google, you can also download the application o laptop or in mobile phone. And login or signup using your email address. Once done you can certainly go ahead and start calling to other countries in the world.
