Question on: VCC Live
[What is the best way of getting total talk time % in vcc live app?](/discussions/35839-what-is-the-best-way-of-getting-total-talk-time-in-vcc-live-app)

On daily basis we have issue when c/p stats from vcc that they are in some format of time and we can not easy and fast get stats of talk time % for each agent. Is there a way to set it up in vcc and not to export it in excel?

Thank you Mario for your question - quite a interesting one! Maybe I don't have all the info (for example I only assume: 'c/p stats' stands for 'calls/project stats'?), but at first glance I think we might be able to solve something in this area - through a custom column in your User Based Statistics maybe? I took the liberty of talking to your Key Account Manager about this, and he'll get in touch with you for more details. I hope you guys will figure something out, so you can get exactly the data that you need, on a daily basis. Thanks again for reaching out. Dan

Question on: Genesys Cloud CX
[How can we leverage from ADFS SSO provider automatic certificate rollover?](/discussions/29938-how-can-we-leverage-from-adfs-sso-provider-automatic-certificate-rollover)

Our ADFS SSO provider aromatically rolls over its certificates and we have to monitor those changes and manually upload new certificates to Genesys Cloud, which impacts the platform availability.

Hi Vitaly, We are evaluating this feature as a future enhancement. It's currently in the Product Ideas Lab for community review. Genesys Cloud continuously releases new features, and I encourage you to vote on this idea (https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CLPLA-I-807) to help get this functionality into roadmap. We have a very active online Genesys Cloud Community (community.genesys.com) to help with any future product-related questions that come up!

The main thing to do is ensure you 1) upload the contacts with a phone number 2) make sure the phone number is a standard phone number field - not a custom one
