Honestly, having all our renewals in one place is a game changer. No more hunting through inboxes or spreadsheets trying to figure out what's renewing when — it's all right there.

Contract tracking is solid too. Getting contracts in is way easier than I expected — you can either use the AI upload feature or just hand it off to the concierge and let them handle it. I am still looking for some functionality to pull license costs per person/department in a more complete fashion, we are close with some workaround but I can't quite allocate license costs per department yet in the way I want to allow finance to issue charge backs.
