What do you like best about Zuum?

It was directed straight to set up its functionality and use its services. No sort of highly technical analytical skills was required. The data provided by the platform was accurate and reliable, so we made our use of its services a daily operating activity for the analytics team. The set of features varies from full competitive data analysis to content and campaign analysis, and to many more. With its offerings of services, we were able to achieve our required data in one place which was possible due to its integration with other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zuum?

Upon contacting customer support regarding the issues faced by us in the logging-in phase, we were not acknowledged seriously. Sometimes the processing speed slows down even with good internet connection speed. The platform was highly satisfactory for us but with slight room for improvements in the customization space. What problems is Zuum solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zuum has fulfilled our need for data analytics and has provided us with tools that provide a better data view with the help of features like full competitive data analysis, content and campaign analysis, and many more making our work easier and faster. Data provided by the platform is accurate and reliable, so we preferred its use over other platforms at times. We were also able to get our data in one place and save time without jumping from one data source to another. Overall is it a great tool for robust and reliable data analytics for our team.
