I like how Zurmo CRM is incredibly adaptable to our needs at Riverfront Regional Broadcast. Its flexible custom fields work perfectly with our broadcast ad inventory workflows, allowing us to build dedicated fields for logging radio airtime slots, stream ad placements, and contract expiration dates for local advertisers. The customizable sales pipeline builder is fantastic; we can tailor it specifically for broadcast ad inventory deals with unique stages for ad proposal drafts, airtime reservation, contract signing, and post-campaign reporting. Having that level of customization without complex coding is invaluable for our lean team without a dedicated IT department. Importing ad buyer contacts and setting up custom fields was manageable, and once configured, the system ran smoothly, providing a centralized hub to manage our radio and streaming ad inventory. Overall, it helps keep our ad sales workflow transparent and avoids costly double-bookings with our limited live broadcast inventory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zurmo lacks robust native reporting for broadcast ad performance, and its third-party integrations are limited, which creates headaches for our lean team with no IT support. For example, we cannot auto-generate consolidated reports showing airtime spots and ad delivery metrics for our local radio advertisers. We have to manually export Zurmo data and combine it with our broadcast scheduling spreadsheet. Also, connecting Zurmo to our live stream scheduling platform requires custom API work, which we cannot easily manage, adding manual data entry before our on-air deadlines.
