Zuko gives us clear insight into how visitors move through our forms. The completion path shows exactly which route people take, and it's immediately visible which fields cause friction. The recordings are especially valuable: we can see what visitors actually do and why they get stuck, so we can make targeted improvements. On top of that, Adam was always very willing to help and offer advice, which made getting the most out of the tool even easier. Highly recommended for anyone serious about optimizing their forms.
