Zuko gives us form and checkout insights that are specific enough to act on. Instead of a vague "people drop off in checkout information / address / payment", we see exactly which field causes hesitation, which fields people keep correcting, and where they abandon. That goes straight into test hypotheses for our CRO team, so it's some of the most useful behavioural data we have.
Setup was easy thanks to the Shopify app. Localising for our checkouts in different countries and currencies was simple too, which matters a lot for an international DTC brand like Loop.
The team is also great: helpful, quick, and fun to work with. They think along with you instead of just answering tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing major about Zuko itself. Our frustration is on the Shopify side. Zuko gives us detailed insight into where and why people struggle in checkout, but Shopify's checkout is a closed environment, so we can't always act on what we find. Sometimes we know exactly what to fix but the platform won't let us change it. That's not really Zuko's fault, but if you're on Shopify, expect some insights to stay insights for a while.
