What do you like best about Zscaler Private Access?

Zero trust security - ZPA operates on a Zero trust Architecture. Instead of placing users in the corporate network, it integrates them directly to specific apps which eliminates the possibility of cyber attacks. Way better than Legacy VPNs - Scalars performance is significantly better than other VPN providers. It offers a simple user friendly UI. Scalability and Cloud infra - Can be integrated seamlessly into our existing cloud infra. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zscaler Private Access?

Cost - Though the service is good, its cost is a bit more expensive and there are annual price hikes along with high training costs. Over restrictive - sometimes blocks access to legitimate tools / websites and it's difficult to set exceptions. Connectivity issues - Temporary Connectivity issues when switching from physical locations. Configuration complexity - Custom app alignments & integrating identity providers like Azure can be a bit difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zscaler Private Access solving and how is that benefiting you?

Traditional VPNs expose ports and IP addresses making it easier for hackers. Apps are hidden behind the Zscaler zero trust exchange. ZPA never places users on the network. It uses micro-segmentation to connect authorized users only to specific, approved applications based on their identity and role.
