What do you like best about Zscaler Private Access?

What I like most about Zscaler Private Access is how it helps me manage secure access to internal company resources while maintaining a strong security posture. From an IT support perspective, I appreciate the ability to control access based on user permissions rather than giving users broad access to the corporate network. What do you dislike about Zscaler Private Access?

One thing I find challenging about Zscaler Private Access is that troubleshooting connectivity issues can sometimes take extra time, especially when access policies, application configurations, or DNS settings are involved. From an IT support perspective, having clearer diagnostic information and more straightforward troubleshooting steps would make it easier to identify the root cause of access problems. What problems is Zscaler Private Access solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zscaler Private Access helps solve the challenge of giving employees secure access to internal company applications without exposing the corporate network to the internet. What I find valuable is its Zero Trust approach, which verifies users and applies access policies before allowing connections to specific applications. It also helps reduce the attack surface by avoiding broad network-level access, limits lateral movement if an account or device is compromised, and supports least-privilege access based on user permissions. From an IT support perspective, centralized policy management and application-level access controls make it easier to manage access securely, support remote employees, and reduce reliance on traditional VPNs.
