Zscaler Internet Access is a modern cloud based security service which eliminates the use of old traditional hardware web proxies and firewalls. It has a network latency which leads into the performance issue as well. Many times it automatically disconnects or start retrying which cause the internet access up and down and creates problem while working or your call get disconnected because of this zscaler behaviour.
