What do you dislike about ZS Associates, Inc.?

I would have liked to have more conversations with the ZS technical team at the start of the project, educating them on how sales credits are tracked to determine if Xactly was the best compensation system for our business.

Recommendations to others considering ZS Associates, Inc.:

Outline all the business needs from a tracking perspective, hierarchy perspective, visualization perspective etc... Make sure that what you want in reporting requirements are detailed and agreed upon so you are not charged for re-configuring existing reports after the fact. What problems is ZS Associates, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?

ZS is currently working on providing enhancements related to prior period processing, retro-active adjustment processes, incorporating backlog reporting views and connecting to and from Snowflake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
