What do you like best about ZS Associates, Inc.?

The best thing about ZS was the people we worked with. They were extremely helpful with all of our questions. Even though we are not a super technical group they were able to bring it down to our level and taught us while staying patient and gracious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZS Associates, Inc.?

We could have had more hands on training in the beginning phases of the implementation. The focus was more on how the data would determine and not as much "how to" training once the data was in the system. They taught us later but we could have done more training before launching. What problems is ZS Associates, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?

ZS helped our company with the full implementation of our Xactly system. We were in continuous communication, almost on a daily basis and sometimes multiple times per day.
