This makes it manageable for our large "casual" staff pool since we can send out a call in ZoomShift and ensure each available staff member gets a notice. Additionally, I found the initial setup of ZoomShift to be very easy. **What do you dislike about ZoomShift?** I wish the 'extra' features did not have an additional cost, given that we pay quite a bit for the app. In particular, the block when a staff person already has a shift booked. **What problems is ZoomShift solving and how is that benefiting you?** ZoomShift streamlines staff scheduling and time tracking, saving time. It makes it easy for staff to clock in and out, aiding payroll processing. Our large staff pool gets notified quickly, and the app's stability and ease of use are valuable. ### 2. While some AI chatbots are decent, they often don't offer much more than what you would find in a typical FAQ section. And the customer support is super helpful and fast. **What do you dislike about ZoomShift?** It would be an improvement if overtime being rounded to 30 minutes or an hour rather than tracked by the minute. **What problems is ZoomShift solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy scheduling of over 250 employees, everyone knows their schedule and knows where to be when. In addition, HR knows exactly were employees worked and when the clocked in and out.
