What do you like best about ZoomMate?

The biggest benefit for me is the convenience. ZoomMate helps capture and organize the important information discussed during meetings, which makes it much easier to go back and review what was said. What do you dislike about ZoomMate?

There is always room for improvement with AI-generated meeting summaries, particularly when conversations are complicated or multiple people are speaking at once. I would also appreciate continued improvements in customization and accuracy so that the summaries can be tailored even more closely to individual workflows. What problems is ZoomMate solving and how is that benefiting you?

ZoomMate helps solve the problem of information getting lost during meetings. Instead of relying entirely on memory or manually written notes, I have a convenient record of the discussion that I can refer back to afterward. This saves time, improves organization, and makes it easier to follow up on decisions and action items. Overall, it helps me get more value out of meetings without adding more administrative work.
