"Meeting Summaries and Catch-Up Make It Easy to Stay Focused"

What do you like best about ZoomMate?

I like the meeting summaries I receive. Helps supervise staff if I'm not in the meeting as well as review next action steps. Primarily, I can pay attention in the meeting as opposed to catching up trying to write the notes.

Unexpected bonus is the catch-up feature, if one were to walk away from the meeting for a few minutes, it helps them catch up on the most important discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomMate?

One suggestion would be a central place on zoom to find the AI notes along with recording would help save hours. This is also a good feature to train and onboard new staff on several job aspects.

Additionally, utilizing AI Companion during a meeting when an idea wasn't clearly audible would be to be able to ask "what did ABC say about XYZ" and receive a specific answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZoomMate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoom AI Companion solves the issue of missing information by allowing us to quickly get real‑time summaries of what was missed using features like “Catch‑up.” This helps late joiners or distracted participants stay informed. It reduces interruptions by enabling users to ask questions privately through the AI chat instead of speaking up.
