## Zoom Workplace Reviews
  ### 1. Powerful Collaboration with Zoom Workplace

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aniket M. | Network engineer, Computer Networking, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I appreciate that Zoom Workplace is easy to use and helps us connect multiple team members. It's a single platform that allows us to communicate through video or audio effectively. I find the desktop sharing feature integrated into the application very helpful. The audio and video quality is good, which encouraged us to adopt it.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think Zoom Workplace could be improved by making it more like a social media platform such as WhatsApp. It would be great if we could chat, share status, and have more social interaction features. Also, initially it doesn't have the good audio and video quality.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for meetings. It's a powerful collaboration platform combining video, chat, and file sharing. It's easy to use and helps connect multiple team members on a single platform with good audio and video quality. Desktop sharing is also integrated, which is helpful.

  ### 2. Streamlined Studying with Robust Collaboration Features

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prapul G. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like how Zoom Workplace brings everything together in one place, integrating meetings, chats, files, and schedules into a single workflow, which saves time and reduces confusion. The AI Companion is another strong point, helping with summaries, notes, and follow-ups, making meetings and lectures more productive without extra effort. I also appreciate its ease of use and reliability, allowing me to jump into meetings, collaborate quickly, and stay focused without technical distractions.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

While Zoom Workplace is very useful, a few areas could be improved. Some features, especially the newer integrated tools, can feel overwhelming at first and take time to learn. The AI Companion, although helpful, may not always capture context perfectly and sometimes needs manual review. Collaboration tools like document editing are still more basic compared to dedicated platforms. Additionally, performance can occasionally depend on internet quality, which affects meetings. Improving customization, simplifying the interface for new users, and enhancing offline or low-bandwidth functionality would make Zoom Workplace even more effective.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace centralizes communication, collaboration, and organization, making it easier to coordinate projects and access materials. It supports virtual classes with reliable video conferencing and features like screen sharing and recordings, enhancing our study efficiency and flexibility.

  ### 3. Effortless Collaboration and Reliable Performance Every Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tehreem G. | ESL volunteer instructor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how reliable and easy it is to use, even for long or back-to-back meetings. The audio and video quality stay consistent, and features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, chat, and recording are well integrated without feeling overwhelming. It works smoothly across devices and doesn’t require a steep learning curve, which makes collaboration fast and stress-free.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One downside of Zoom Workplace is that some useful features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for individuals or small teams. The desktop app can also feel a bit heavy at times, especially on older systems, and long sessions may occasionally impact performance. Additionally, managing notifications across meetings, chat, and email can sometimes feel cluttered.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of remote communication and fragmented collaboration by bringing meetings, chat, screen sharing, and recordings into one reliable platform. It reduces the need to switch between multiple tools and makes it easier to connect with teams, clients, or learners from anywhere. For me, this means smoother collaboration, fewer technical interruptions, and more productive meetings overall.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhijit S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like that Zoom Workplace can be used directly without having to download their application and without needing to sign up initially, which enhances its accessibility. I find it really convenient that you can join via a browser without needing an application. It also works well even with low mobile data usage or poor network conditions. Additionally, I've used Zoom Workplace alongside Google, and it works well with Windows operating system.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

That in free subscription model, only limited people can join.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to join university classes easily. It offers great accessibility since I can use it directly via browser without downloading an app or signing up, which I think is really good.

  ### 6. Robust Features, Needs Better Optimization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shiva P. | Salesforce CRM Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like using Zoom Workplace for my office meeting related things. The AI Companion feature is great for getting Minutes of Meetings easily. With Recordings, it's helpful as they provide backups for meetings if we miss any important points. The On Screen Editor is handy because if someone doesn't understand what I'm saying while sharing my screen, I can just take the cursor and show them what they need to do. The Auto Translate feature is useful for overcoming verbal issues. I also appreciate its user-friendly environment, and the setup is easy as the executables are straightforward to understand.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think Zoom needs to be more OS efficient where it should use more cloud service instead of local system memory. Sometimes Zoom Workplace takes too much OS strength.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Zoom Workplace, the AI-enabled feature like AI Companion helps us get MOM (Minutes of Meetings) easily, recordings provide backups, On Screen Editor aids in communication during screen sharing, and Auto Translate addresses verbal issues.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The most disliked thing is that sometimes the app is glitchy/buggy. Aggressive integration push for their internal features like calendar and emails, and the time limit in the free plan is also a pain for long meetings.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is useful for client meetings and team meetings. It helps to switch between different apps for calling, chatting, and sharing files. It's AI feature to generate meeting agendas and summarise the meeting is really helpful

  ### 8. A Unified, Reliable Platform for Modern Hybrid Work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arshad A. | Software Developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace stands out for its reliability, clarity, and ease of use across video meetings, chat, and scheduling. Video and audio quality remain stable even on lower bandwidth, and the interface is intuitive for first-time users. Features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, whiteboards, and calendar integration work seamlessly, making it suitable for both quick meetings and structured sessions like training or classrooms.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be expensive for large teams. The interface, while simple, can feel crowded as more workplace features are added. Occasional UI inconsistencies appear between desktop and mobile apps, and heavy reliance on Zoom for everything may limit flexibility if teams prefer specialized tools.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of fragmented communication by bringing meetings, chat, scheduling, and collaboration into one platform. It reduces meeting setup friction, improves remote and hybrid collaboration, and ensures reliable communication across locations. This leads to faster decision-making, fewer missed meetings, and more productive team interactions.

**Reviewed by:** Shubham S. | Owner, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like Zoom Workplace because it fits naturally into my daily routine. I use it for online patient follow-ups, team discussions, and also while teaching medical students. Joining meetings is quick and hassle-free, even for patients who are not very tech-savvy. Video and audio quality are reliable, and screen sharing really helps when I explain reports, presentations, or case studies. I don’t have to spend time setting things up it just works when I need it.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

During long meetings, Zoom can feel a bit heavy on the system, especially on older laptops. Sometimes updates pop up at inconvenient times. Also, a few advanced features are only available in paid plans, which may not be ideal for individual users or small clinics.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps me manage communication without being limited by location. It allows me to connect with patients, students, and collaborators from one place. I can teach medical students online, review cases with my team, and handle content-related meetings without travel or delays. This saves time, keeps my schedule flexible, and helps me balance clinical work, content creation, and teaching more smoothly.

  ### 11. A modern feature-rich video conferencing platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam E. | Solutions Integration Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I really like the integrations available with Zoom such as with Slack and Google Calendar as I use a lot of other applications in my workplace and the connections make it easy to use them all together. I also really like the ease of use of the different tools available in video calls such as screen sharing and recording. It provides all the tools as a video conferencing platform.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think it should be easier to find chats from previous calls, I think this may be already available but I find it hard to access and I think it should be more notable.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a video conferencing platform we use internally and externally to meet with our team members and clients. It is used to meet on call with cameras, share our screens to work through things together, and record calls to refer back to important points. It is available for us on demand to start a meeting at any time.

  ### 12. Exceptional for Large Meetings and Reliable in Low Network Areas

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shreyan R. | Business Analyst, Construction, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom is designed for hosting meetings or sessions with a large number of participants, and in my experience, it performs better than MS Teams when it comes to managing such events. Also, the stability of Zoom is quite good in places having low or poor network coverage. Ease of joining meetings as guests which require minimal login.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom primarily centers on facilitating meetings and conferences, which means it does not offer the same level of integration with productivity tools as MS Teams does. Typically, people turn to Zoom when they need to host sessions, while MS Teams is more commonly used for official work-related tasks.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my organization, we typically use Zoom for meetings with external stakeholders or when hosting sessions for a large number of participants. Zoom works well for these situations, as I have noticed that MS Teams tends to lag when there are many people in a meeting. Another benefit of using Zoom is that it allows people from outside the organization to join meetings as guests easily, while MS Teams requires them to log in and authenticate before they can participate.

  ### 13. All-in-One Collaboration Made Simple and Reliable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MOHD A. | Student Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I appreciate most about Zoom Workplace is the way it integrates meetings, chat, and collaboration tools into one straightforward, user-friendly platform. It remains dependable even when the internet connection is unstable, operates seamlessly on different devices, and is easy to learn, making it a practical choice for daily work and team communication.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Certain features in Zoom Workplace seem underused or not as refined as the main meeting functions, particularly when it comes to advanced integrations and collaboration tools. Additionally, in larger environments, handling settings and notifications can become somewhat overwhelming and would benefit from being more straightforward.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace addresses the issue of fragmented communication by integrating meetings, messaging, and collaboration features into a single platform. This integration minimizes the need to juggle multiple tools, enhances coordination among team members, and helps save time throughout the workday. Additionally, it contributes to making remote and hybrid collaboration more reliable and consistent.

Users have praised the platform for its excellent video and audio quality during meetings, noting that this greatly enhances both communication and collaboration. Additionally, the platform is recognized for its reliable performance, maintaining stability even when multiple participants are present.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is a significant issue with poor collaboration across departments, mainly due to communication silos and inefficient information sharing, which ultimately slows down our work. As a result, cross-team communication improves, follow-ups and knowledge sharing become easier, and discussions are centralized.

I appreciate that it's fast, easy to use, and has an intuitive user interface which makes attending meetings and lectures easy and stress-free. Also, transitioning from Microsoft Teams to Zoom Workplace was better because it provided more features and was easier to use and handle. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive.

It makes it easy to attend meetings, communicate in real time, and share screens or files without needing to be in person. I really like Zoom for its ease of use, reliable video/audio, screen sharing, and breakout rooms. The chat and recording features make collaboration simple, and it works well across devices—great for staying connected and productive.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I often dislike Zoom for “Zoom fatigue” after long meetings, occasional connectivity or audio issues, and the feeling that it can be impersonal compared to in-person interactions. One thing I personally enjoyed was the regularly updated virtual backgrounds—they made meetings fun and engaging. It would be great to see new backgrounds updated seasonally or for holidays to keep that sense of celebration and variety.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace has really helped me stay connected and productive. Meetings are easy to join, screen sharing works seamlessly, and I love the collaboration features like breakout rooms and chat. Recording meetings is a lifesaver, and it all integrates well with my other work tools. It makes remote work much easier and more efficient.

Overall, it supports efficient remote collaboration and helps make team communication faster, clearer, and more organized.

It helps me stay connected with my team, attend meetings from anywhere, and collaborate efficiently, which saves time and increases productivity.

  ### 22. Easy Setup and Handy Background Blur for Home Classes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isabel V. | Customer Service Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I believe it's how easy to set up. And not only that but for classes, for example, if im taking a class from home (which I do very frequently), I can just use the feature of putting a background or just making it blurry so they don't see what's going on in my house haha.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I would love it to be more creative, I just find the app so simple and vague (design speaking). Apart from that, I believe it's pretty great :)

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If I'm away from work for example, and I'm working remotely. My bosses are usually not checking up their messages, but we do have our schedules like aligned with Zoom and I can just send them an invite! I really like that feature as well.

  ### 23. Essential for Recruiters with Effortless Usage

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shivalee S. | Technical Recruiter, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The Zoom itself is really important to use because without it, we can't connect with our candidates. And it will be difficult for us to connect with them. The quality and everything is quite good and organized in Zoom.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I mentioned earlier that it gives the summary. Yes, it provides us the summary but do not save it. I mean later on we can't find that summary so that what can be improved here. that is the reason I have updated it.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to connect with candidates, and it helps us remember important points by providing conversation summaries that are saved for future reference.

  ### 24. AI Companion Features Supercharge Productivity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea C. | photographer and filmmaker, Media Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I really value the AI Companion features. The automatic generation of meeting summaries, identification of action items, and drafting of chat responses provide a significant boost to my productivity. With these tools, I can stay fully engaged in the conversation without worrying about taking detailed notes.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

For me, the main issue lies in the complicated pricing structure and the emphasis on adopting an all-in-one platform. Although the bundled offering is robust, expenses can rise rapidly when you need to include essential features such as additional cloud storage or advanced add-ons. If your needs are limited to just a few core components, the platform can feel expensive and somewhat over-engineered.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace addresses the issue of app fatigue and disjointed communication by bringing together meetings, chat, phone, and documents in one place. Thanks to this centralization, I no longer have to juggle multiple programs just to manage a project. The unified platform, along with the support of AI Companion, genuinely saves me both time and mental effort.

  ### 25. Feature-Rich Yet Overwhelming Interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harsh . | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like that Zoom Workplace has moved beyond just being a video calling app. Integrating Team Chat, Documents, and Calendar into one 'Workplace' hub is a smart move. For managing schedules for coaching classes and self-study, having everything in one sidebar instead of switching between five different apps is a huge win for focus. I also appreciate that when I fix a meeting in Google Calendar, a Zoom link is automatically generated, so I don't have to keep opening the Zoom app to copy and paste the link; I just open the calendar and hit 'Join'. The initial setup of Zoom Workplace is super easy and fast. Downloading from the app store and signing in with an email ID takes two minutes. You can join a meeting just by clicking the link without creating an account, which is so much easier than Skype. When you have daily interactions with a small team, features like the 'Team Chat' are really practical for fast coordination. I also find that Zoom performs well even on a low internet connection, and features like AI summaries and Whiteboards are quite useful, especially for students like JEE aspirants.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I find the integration of multiple features like Chat, Docs, and Calendar in Zoom Workplace has made it less 'simple' than before. There's a 'Too Many Clicks' problem now. When I open Zoom, instead of seeing a straightforward 'Join' or 'New Meeting' button, I'm met with a bunch of tabs (Mail, Calendar, Team Chat, Whiteboard). It causes 'Decision Fatigue.' After coming tired from coaching, all these extra options make it more exhausting to just join a class. The app is quite 'resource-heavy' now, which can lead to battery drain or overheating on low-end devices. It used to be really easy to use, but since becoming a 'Workplace,' it's become a bit cluttered.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for integrating Team Chat, Documents, and Calendar into one hub, which helps maintain focus when managing schedules. It reduces the need for multiple apps and simplifies task transitions, providing control and advanced features like Breakout Rooms.

  ### 26. Effortless Meetings with Stellar Features

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ali H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I use Zoom Workplace mainly for online meetings and virtual communication, and it helps me with video conferences, online classes, work meetings, chatting with team members, screen sharing, and collaboration on tasks from anywhere. What I like most about Zoom Workplace is its ease of use and reliable performance. The video and audio quality are clear, even on average internet connections. Features like screen sharing, chat, recording meetings, and easy joining with a simple link really stand out. These features make Zoom Workplace very valuable for me in daily use. Screen sharing helps me explain ideas clearly during meetings or classes by showing my work in real-time. The chat feature is useful for sharing quick messages, links, or files without interrupting the meeting. Recording meetings helps me review important points later or share them with people who couldn’t attend. Easy joining with a simple link saves time and makes meetings stress-free, even for new users. The initial setup was very easy, with the interface being simple and user-friendly, allowing even those with little technical knowledge to start using it without difficulty. Our team switched to Zoom Workplace because it's easier to use, more stable, and better for features like screen sharing and recording, with good audio-video quality. Using Zoom Workplace with tools like Google Calendar and Gmail makes managing meetings, emails, and schedules much simpler and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing that could be improved in Zoom Workplace is its performance on slow or unstable internet connections, where video or audio can sometimes lag or disconnect. The free version also has time limits on meetings, which can be inconvenient for longer discussions. Additionally, it uses a good amount of data and device resources, which can be challenging on older phones or low-end devices.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves distance and communication issues, allowing easy connection without travel, and preventing misunderstandings with video meetings. It offers features like screen sharing for clarity, chat for quick communication, and easy meeting access via links, making work and study seamless.

  ### 27. Rock-Solid Calls and Seamless Calendar Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The reliability is what keeps me on it. Calls just work, rarely any dropped audio or freezing mid-meeting, which sounds basic but isn't always a given with other tools.
The calendar integration is genuinely useful too. Scheduling and joining meetings straight from my calendar without any back-and-forth friction makes a real difference when you're jumping between calls all day.
For something I'm in constantly, meetings, chat, webinars , it holds up without getting in the way.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The chat is the weak spot. It feels like an afterthought compared to something like Slack , threads, search, and organization just aren't quite there. If you're using it as a real messaging tool day-to-day, it falls short.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Zoom, getting everyone in the same (virtual) room was a mess ,different tools, flaky connections, endless scheduling friction. For a remote team spread across locations, that adds up fast.
Zoom made remote collaboration feel normal. Meetings, webinars, quick chats , it's all in one place and reliable enough that it's just not something I think about anymore. That's the real win.

  ### 28. User-Friendly Zoom Keeps Global Teams Connected with Helpful AI and DeepL Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom is super helpful in keeping our employees connected. It is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. We have also been able to integrate Zoom with DeepL, which is a translation software. We have lots of international staff, and this helps everyone be able to understand one another despite speaking different languages. The increased use of AI with Zoom has been incredibly helpful and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes, Zoom can be difficult in regards to using certain features, like screen sharing and adding participants. I will add that this is very infrequently, and is most often a user error.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace is helping to bridge the gap in communication that we have with our international staff. It's extremely easy to jump on a call and discuss, rather than sending a bunch of emails back and forth. Zoom is internationally renowned and easy to use, regardless of country, language, time zone, etc. New employees are easy to onboard as well.

  ### 29. Still the One to Beat for Virtual Meetings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** K S. | Engineer Trainee, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I’d definitely recommend it. It’s the most reliable tool for jumping into a call without technical hiccups, and the AI summaries are a total game-changer for catching up on meetings you missed. It’s getting a little crowded with all the new 'Workplace' tabs, but for actually getting work done with a team, it’s still the one to beat.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The app is starting to feel cluttered as they add more 'Workplace' features like mail and calendar that I don't always need. Also, the frequent mandatory updates right when you're trying to join a call can be a real pain if you're already running late.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves app overload by consolidating meetings, chat, and docs into one flow, which saves me from constant context switching. The biggest benefit is the AI Companion; it automatically handles meeting summaries and action items, saving me at least 20 minutes of recap work after every call

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian N. | Responsabile ICT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its overall reliability and ease of use. The platform is incredibly intuitive, even for non-technical users, and meetings can be joined with just a single click. The video and audio quality are consistently stable, even in environments with average bandwidth. I also appreciate the seamless integration of different tools—chat, meetings, phone, whiteboard, and calendars—into a single unified workspace. This reduces the need to switch between multiple applications and significantly improves productivity. The AI Meeting Assistant is another strong point, providing accurate meeting summaries and action items that save a lot of time during follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

While Zoom Workplace performs very well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The desktop client still feels slightly heavy during long sessions, especially when running multiple features like whiteboards and screen sharing simultaneously. Some advanced admin settings are also buried behind several menus, making them harder to find for first-time administrators. Additionally, integrations with certain third-party enterprise tools sometimes require additional configuration steps that aren’t always well documented. Pricing for some add-on features could be more competitive compared to other UCaaS platforms.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace allows our team to centralize communication and collaboration in one environment. Before adopting it, we relied on several disconnected tools—one for chat, another for video meetings, another for scheduling—which caused fragmentation and lost productivity. With Zoom, everything is unified and synced, which has dramatically reduced wasted time and improved coordination. The AI features help streamline documentation and follow-ups, saving hours each week. Remote and hybrid employees also benefit from reliable video conferencing and screen sharing, ensuring that all team members remain aligned regardless of where they work.

They can improve things like the free time that you have to do a meeting, it would be better to have like 45 minutes. Sometimes you share your screen, and you share a video, it would be better if they improve that feature because sometimes the audio is out of sync with the video.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace is easy to use, allowing me to meet with others just with one link. It works well even with an average internet connection.
