## Zoom Workplace Reviews
  ### 1. Reliable, All-in-One Communication That Keeps Our Team Connected

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sierra C. | Practice Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to stay connected with my team throughout the day. The platform is very reliable for meetings, and the video/audio quality is consistently strong, which makes a big difference when coordinating with a busy team.

I also like how everything is integrated—chat, meetings, and file sharing are all in one place, so it keeps communication organized and reduces the need to switch between multiple tools. Scheduling and joining meetings is quick and straightforward, which helps keep the day running smoothly.

Overall, it’s user-friendly, dependable, and makes day-to-day communication much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

While Zoom Workplace is very reliable overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The platform can feel a bit overwhelming at times because there are so many features bundled together, and not all of them are used regularly.

Occasionally, switching between chat, meetings, and other tools isn’t as seamless as it could be, especially when working quickly during a busy day. It would also be helpful if customization options for the workspace layout were a bit more flexible to better match different team workflows.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps solve the challenge of fragmented communication by bringing meetings, chat, and collaboration tools into one platform. Instead of switching between multiple apps, everything is centralized, which makes daily communication much more efficient.

It also reduces delays in coordination since meetings can be scheduled and joined quickly, and team members can stay connected in real time. This has improved productivity by saving time, reducing miscommunication, and making it easier to stay aligned with my team throughout the day.

  ### 2. Powerful AI Companion and Live Translation, but the expanding UI can feel cluttered

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simone B. | Data Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The AI Companion 3.0 is the standout feature for 2026. The ability to ask natural language questions about past meetings, unread chats, and even synced emails from Outlook or Gmail is incredibly powerful. I also love the Workplace App interface refresh—moving the navigation to the left sidebar makes it much faster to toggle between my calendar, docs, and team channels. The new Live Voice Translator has also been a game-changer for our international calls, providing real-time audio translation that actually sounds natural.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

As the platform has expanded from a simple meeting tool into a full "Workplace," the UI has become significantly more complex. It can occasionally feel cluttered with too many tabs and pop-up notifications for new features. I’ve also noticed that the Version 7.0 update had some initial stability issues in certain regions, and the mobile app still lacks some of the deep recording and administrative controls found on the desktop version.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of "context switching" by centralizing multiple communication channels into one space. This benefits me by streamlining the meeting lifecycle; I can prepare in a shared doc, hold the meeting with AI-generated summaries, and follow up in a persistent chat channel all within the same ecosystem. This consolidation has noticeably reduced our "meeting about a meeting" culture and improved overall project velocity

  ### 3. Reliable and Intuitive—Zoom Workplace Keeps Calls and Team Chat in One Place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manu Y. | Full stack developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how reliable and easy to use it is, even with a slow internet connection. The interface is very intuitive, so I don't have to spend time teaching new team members how to join a call or share their screen. I also really appreciate the 'Team Chat' feature because it allows us to keep our project discussions and video meetings in one single place, which saves me from constantly switching between different apps.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I dislike is how frequent the software updates are. It feels like every time I open the app to join a meeting, there is a new update required, which can be frustrating when I'm in a rush. Additionally, while the many features are great, the settings menu has become quite cluttered and it can be difficult to find specific audio or video options quickly.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps us solve the problem of fragmented communication. Before using it, our team was scattered across different apps for calling, messaging, and document sharing, which led to missed updates. Now, having everything in one platform has streamlined our workflow. It has specifically benefited us by reducing the time spent searching for meeting notes and links, making our weekly project syncs much more efficient and organized

  ### 4. Zoom: An All-in-One Work Hub That Goes Beyond Video Meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma B. | Finance Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The most helpful thing about Zoom is that is it an all in one work hub meaning that is much more than just a video meeting app.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

It can be a little slow to use at times, and occasionally the meeting links don’t work. The interface can also feel cluttered and overcomplicated. It relies heavily on internet quality, so if your connection is slow, the app will be slow too. On top of that, the free and mobile versions have limited features, which can feel quite restrictive.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved the issue of needing to be in the office all the time for meetings. You can also connect with your peers from anywhere, which is really useful for me because I tend to work from home a lot. As a result, this app has become my go-to for staying in touch remotely.

  ### 5. Seamless All-in-One Collaboration with Zoom Workplace

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harshvardhan S. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its seamless integration of communication and collaboration tools in one platform. The ability to easily move from chat to video calls or file sharing enhances productivity and reduces the need to switch between multiple applications. I also appreciate the intuitive user interface, which makes it accessible for all team members regardless of technical skill level. Additionally, features like breakout rooms, real-time messaging, and third-party app integrations make working in hybrid or remote environments much more efficient and engaging.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes be overwhelming to keep track of multiple notifications from chats, meetings, and shared documents, especially during busy workdays. Additionally, while there are many features available, it can take time to learn and navigate all of them efficiently. I’ve also experienced occasional connectivity or audio issues during meetings, which can interrupt workflow. Overall, while Zoom Workplace is a powerful platform, I think improving notification management and troubleshooting tools would make it even better.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves several critical problems related to remote and hybrid work. It brings together communication tools like chat, video meetings, and document collaboration into a single platform, which reduces the need to switch between multiple apps and helps streamline workflows. This integration makes it much easier to communicate with colleagues, share files, and schedule meetings efficiently. For me, these benefits translate into improved productivity, faster decision-making, and more effective teamwork—regardless of where everyone is working. It also helps keep projects organized and ensures that information is easy to find, which saves time and reduces confusion.

  ### 6. AI Companion Delivers Accurate Meeting Summaries in a Stable, All-in-One Workspace

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The standout feature of Zoom Workplace is the AI Companion and its automated meeting summarizing capabilities. It acts as an efficient digital assistant by generating highly accurate, timestamped meeting notes, action items, and searchable transcripts immediately after a call ends. This allows me to fully engage in the discussion rather than multitasking to take notes manually. Additionally, the audio and video quality remain remarkably stable and crisp even on lower-bandwidth home networks, and the workspace dashboard neatly organizes upcoming tasks, shared recordings, and team channels so everything is accessible from one central hub.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

overseeing cross-functional project deployments, my primary issue with Zoom Workplace is the complexity of enterprise license optimization and tiered feature provisioning. Managing varying access levels for premium features like AI Companion, Large Meetings, and Webinar add-ons introduces significant administrative overhead during routine audits. Additionally, the rapid consolidation of Team Chat, Mail, and Phone into a single dashboard has created interface clutter; notification routing can become overwhelming for users, occasionally leading to missed action items when project channels overlap. The background resource utilization of the desktop application has also noticeably increased with recent feature updates.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform effectively solves the challenge of operational misalignment across geographically distributed, hybrid project teams. Zoom Workplace establishes a centralized, reliable digital headquarters that ensures consistent communication across multiple international time zones. The integration of the AI Companion has yielded substantial productivity gains; by automating meeting documentation, action-item tracking, and transcript summaries, our technical leads and project managers save hours of administrative work weekly. This automation allows our engineering teams to focus entirely on technical execution during meetings rather than manual note-taking, ensuring that critical cross-functional deliverables are clearly defined, assigned, and never overlooked.

  ### 7. Smooth, Mobile-Friendly Meetings with Handy Calendar Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anubhav A. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom emerged as a virtual environment at the time of covid and bought everything into one place. It became a essential part of our life since then and many software came for competition but none worked like it. Zoom made its place in the lives of people. The best thing is that you don't need to have your laptop by your side all the time, you can even attend meetings and do tasks from your phone only. The interface feels very smooth and the performance is none the less. We can also connect our email, calendar directly with it to know all the tasks and schedules. Its AI feature like the summarization of meetings is the highlight as if someone joins late, he/she can keep up with the things that have already been done. If we talk about costs then it does offer 40 minutes of free meeting time which is okayish for basic meetings.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think the only downside is that the AI features are not yet up to the mark, they still need to be worked on. rest according to me is fine.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that Zoom solved is that we can do our work from home and stay connected virtually for important meetings, if there's situation like Covid the work can be easily done in remote setup with the help of this. Rather than jumping between a video app, email, chat and notes tool, this combines everything into one unified platform.
Screen sharing also helps us in explaining things not just verbally but with data and presentation, this helps us in better collaboration with our team. The built in AI features that include meeting summaries, note taking, it has helped me reduce my work load.

  ### 8. Zoom a meeting portal.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jackson r. | Recepcionista virtual., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

First, the calls are very smooth despite internet fluctuations, always remaining stable with a clear image. There are multiple options when it comes to holding a meeting, scheduling times, the number of people who can be online in a single room, and managing the people online quickly and intuitively.

It has integrations that help maximize performance. The price covers exactly what it offers and even a bit more. In case of a failure, support is there for you, very friendly and with optimal solutions, and now being able to use artificial intelligence helps to create and implement everything faster.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Until now, the not-so-optimal thing about Zoom was that it didn't have a notepad, but it has already been integrated in the latest updates. I would say it is now a great program.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solve my online meetings in a great way, and it stands out from the others for its fluidity.

  ### 9. Reliable, Easy-to-Use Platform with Great Call Quality and Helpful AI Summaries

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Divyansh T. | Product Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What stands out most is how reliable and easy to use it is. Calls connect quickly, video and audio quality hold up well even on weaker connections, and joining a meeting takes just a click. Having chat, meetings, calendar, and whiteboard in a single workspace cuts down on app-switching, and the AI Companion summaries are genuinely useful for catching up on meetings I miss. It's a platform that just works without much friction.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Frequent update prompts are disruptive, some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, and the app can feel bloated and slow to load at times.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It centralizes remote communication and collaboration in one tool, eliminating the need to juggle multiple apps. This saves time, keeps teams aligned, and makes scheduling and running meetings seamless — especially across time zones and with external participants.

  ### 10. User-Friendly Platform for Daily Meetings and Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kiran S. | Senior UX Designer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace is easy to use and makes joining meetings quick and hassle-free, even for non-technical users. It offers good video and audio quality, smooth screen sharing, and useful collaboration features like chat, whiteboard, and polls. The platform works well across devices, supports meeting recording, and integrates with other tools, making it convenient for daily work. Overall, it’s a reliable solution for both small and large team meetings.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace does have a few downsides despite being popular. Users sometimes face connection issues like lag, audio glitches, or dropped calls, especially with weak internet. The free version has limitations like meeting time restrictions, and some advanced features are only available in paid plans.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of distance and communication gaps in work and collaboration. Teams often struggle to stay connected when working remotely or across locations, and traditional communication methods like emails or calls aren’t always effective for discussions, presentations, or quick decisions.

  ### 11. Zoom Workplace: Reliable, Easy All-in-One Communication for Seamless Remote Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ebonie C. | CEO, Founder and Mortgage Strategist, Real Estate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its reliability, ease of use, and all-in-one communication features. It makes virtual meetings, team collaboration, screen sharing, chat, and file sharing simple and efficient. The video and audio quality are consistently strong, and the platform works well across desktop and mobile devices. Zoom helps me stay connected with clients, colleagues, and teams regardless of location, making remote work and online meetings seamless and productive.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One downside of Zoom Workplace is that some advanced features can take time to learn, especially for new users. The free version also has meeting time limits, which can be restrictive for longer discussions. Occasionally, updates change settings or interface layouts, requiring users to re-familiarize themselves with certain features. However, these issues are relatively minor compared to the overall value and reliability of the platform.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of communicating and collaborating with clients, team members, and business partners across different locations. It provides a reliable platform for virtual meetings, screen sharing, messaging, and file collaboration, reducing travel time and improving productivity. The ability to host meetings, share presentations, and communicate in real time helps me stay connected, make decisions faster, and manage projects more efficiently.

  ### 12. Versatile Meeting Solution, Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antawn E. | Operations & Finance Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like that there are a lot of different options available with Zoom Workplace, which is really helpful for us. We can assign different owners of events, making it easier if someone is terminated, as switching the owner is simple. One of my favorite features is Zoom Phone. It allows us to contact scholars or vendors using a Zoom phone number instead of our personal numbers, maintaining professionalism. It's helpful because we frequently speak with scholars, and having that Zoom phone number helps in maintaining a level of professionalism while providing them an avenue to reach out to us directly.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think one of the main things that could be improved is that it can be a bit hard to navigate. There's a lot of information in one setting, and there's so many different services that they offer. There's, like, nonprofit accounts, educational accounts. There's, like, so many things. I think if there was a quick learning course, that would be really helpful. Especially when we're onboarding a new HR employee. If they're able to quickly learn about this platform, it'd be really helpful to us, and it'd save us a lot of training time.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for virtual meetings in our hybrid environment, enabling us to meet and schedule events regardless of location. It helps us maintain professionalism with features like Zoom phone, providing a dedicated number for communication.

  ### 13. Great AI Meeting Minutes, But High Data Usage Can Be a Challenge

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harshit G. | Financial Analyst Trainee, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace AI’s automated MoM generation, once activated, quickly provides a summary of the meeting based on the discussion and highlights the important pointers, saving me from spending hours doing it manually. Zoom Workplace’s synchronization with Outlook also helps me set up meetings in no time. Overall, Zoom is one of the easiest and most convenient tools to use, which makes it an easy choice for users.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom’s high data usage per minute or hour is a bit of a drawback, especially when we’re away at a site dealing with network issues.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps me view all my meetings at a glance, giving me a clear, comprehensive summary of my schedule compared with my free time. Overall, Zoom Workplace is great for Android and iOS users.

  ### 14. Zoom Workplace Streamlines Meetings, Chat, and Collaboration in One Place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikhil O. | Bridge Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how seamlessly it brings everything together—meetings, chat, and collaboration—all in one place. It’s reliable, easy to navigate, and great for staying connected with teams anywhere. The integration with productivity tools really helps streamline work without constantly switching between apps.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The interface feels cluttered with too many icons, making navigation less intuitive than it used to be. Constant notifications and the pressure to stay "always on" through integrated chat can be draining. Plus, the transition between basic meetings and the full workplace suite occasionally feels clunky and over-engineered.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace simplifies remote collaboration by providing seamless video meetings, chat, and file sharing in one platform. This boosts team productivity, reduces miscommunication, and saves time. It makes remote work more connected and efficient, allowing me to collaborate easily with colleagues regardless of location and stay focused on my tasks.

  ### 15. Zoom Workplace: Easy, Reliable Meetings with Intuitive.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu S. | Assistant Manager, Machinery, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to use, along with its consistently reliable video and audio quality. It makes virtual meetings, screen sharing, and team collaboration feel straightforward and efficient. The interface is intuitive, works smoothly across devices, and offers helpful features such as chat, meeting recording, virtual backgrounds, and calendar integration. Overall, it’s a dependable platform for remote work and online meetings.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The interface can feel crowded with many features, making it harder for new users to find settings. Performance could also be improved for low-end devices.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps our team communicate and collaborate remotely without needing to be in the same location. It makes meetings, screen sharing, file sharing, and team discussions easy, reducing travel time and improving productivity. The platform also helps us stay connected with clients and colleagues, making decision-making and project coordination faster.

  ### 16. Reliable Tool for Everyday Meetings and Communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul K. | Product Reviewer, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like how easy it is to use for meetings and daily communication. I use it quite often for video calls and team discussions, and it works reliably most of the time. Setup is simple, and joining meetings is quick even for new users. It also integrates well with tools like Google Calendar and Slack, which makes scheduling and collaboration easier. Overall, it has enough features for my regular work.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes it feels a bit heavy on my system, especially during longer meetings. Also, some advanced features are not available in all plans, which can be limiting. Customer support is okay, but not always very fast when there’s an issue.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me stay connected with people without needing to be physically present. I use it for meetings, discussions, and occasional collaboration, which makes communication much easier. It saves time and makes it possible to work or connect from anywhere.

  ### 17. Easy-to-Use, Reliable Collaboration with Excellent Video and Audio

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ragna H. | Travel Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace is easy to use and reliable, bringing meetings, chat, and collaboration together in one platform. The video and audio quality are excellent, screen sharing feels seamless, and it helps teams communicate efficiently whether they’re working remotely or in the office.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace can be fairly resource-intensive, which leads to occasional slowdowns on some devices. The frequent UI changes, along with intermittent connectivity issues, can also disrupt the overall user experience. I think a lighter app with more consistent navigation would make it even better and easier to use.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of seamless remote communication and collaboration by bringing meetings, messaging, file sharing, and team collaboration together in one platform. It helps me communicate with customers and colleagues more efficiently, saves time by reducing how often I need to switch between multiple apps, and ultimately improves my overall productivity.

  ### 18. A More Powerful Zoom, Without Losing the Simplicity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emina d. | It, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace, in a simple, human way, is that it takes everything you normally juggle — meetings, chat, docs, whiteboards, email, scheduling and puts it into one clean, stable place.
It feels like Zoom finally became a full workspace, not just a meeting link.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom used to be simple.
Zoom Workplace adds meetings + chat + docs + whiteboards + email + scheduling… and sometimes it feels like everything is stuffed into one window.
Why it’s annoying:
You open Zoom to join a call and suddenly you’re in a mini‑operating system.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the biggest problems of modern remote and hybrid work — too many tools, too much friction, and too much chaos — and it benefits you by giving you one stable, AI‑powered place where everything flows faster and feels more organized.
Zoom Workplace puts meetings, chat, docs, whiteboards, email, and scheduling in one workspace.
You stay in one flow instead of jumping between apps.
People in the office get more visibility, while remote teammates feel invisible.
Zoom Chat keeps conversations, files, and meeting context together.
You don’t have to search across five apps to find one message.

  ### 19. Versatile and Reliable for Multiple Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angelo P. | Video Remote Medical Interpreter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like that Zoom Workplace is available as a mobile app, a web interface, and also has an app for Mac. I appreciate being able to log in through these platforms simultaneously and use them at the same time. It's great that people can connect directly with third-party companies through Zoom, which makes it very useful. I also think the setup process is quite easy, especially with how well it integrates with Google. The fast performance and versatility in using Zoom for various activities like call taking, meetings, live interpretation, and education sessions make it a valuable tool for me.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I don't have a lot of feedback with things that couldn't be improved but maybe, like, a link that will just set you up on a call directly without having to download the app people that are not tech savvy.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for calls, meetings, and education sessions. It works well with third-party tools and is versatile across platforms. It's fast, and I'm able to use it for various tasks.

  ### 20. Transformative Tool for Content Writers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anshima Nishith K. | Content Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I love how Zoom Workplace was a game changer for my business. It helped me take notes and record meetings with clients, which I can refer to again and again. This feature gives me a better experience because I don't have to keep following up with clients, as I have all the data saved in my recordings. Using Zoom Workplace makes it very easy to conduct interviews with clients for content writing and digital marketing. I also appreciate that it's straightforward to set up on my MacBook; the app download process is very easy-peasy, without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I see that in the free part, the intro of forty minutes can be increased to sixty minutes or maybe ninety minutes because, you know, people should experience Zoom, and I think forty minutes is not enough.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Zoom Workplace a game changer for my business, especially during COVID. It aids in client communication, lets me record sessions, and eliminates the need for constant follow-ups by allowing me to reference recordings anytime.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hesham E. | Data Analyst, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how it brings everything together in one place. It makes communication very smooth through video meetings, chat, and file sharing, which helps save time and stay organized. I also find it very reliable and easy to use, even for long sessions or team collaboration. Features like screen sharing, recording, and breakout rooms make it especially helpful for training, coaching, and group work.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

overwhelming with too many features, especially for new users. It takes a bit of time to get used to everything.
Also, occasional connection or audio issues can interrupt meetings, which can be frustrating, especially during important discussions. Another downside is that long meetings can feel tiring, especially when you have several sessions back-to-back.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps solve the problem of communication gaps, especially when teams are working remotely or in different locations. Instead of relying on long emails or delayed responses, it allows instant meetings, quick discussions, and real-time collaboration.
For me, this makes a big difference in staying connected with my team or students. It saves time, makes explanations clearer through screen sharing, and helps avoid misunderstandings.

  ### 25. Empowers Meetings with Host/Co-host Features, Needs Higher Participant Limit

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raquib . | Student, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like that Zoom Workplace provides a secure and high-quality video call experience. The host and co-host features are really helpful because they allow me and my team members to manage meetings effectively together by sharing authority. It's also great that I can control who can open their mic, which is particularly useful in large seminars where managing the public can be challenging. Compared to Gmeet, I found Zoom Workplace to have a much cleaner and better UI, offering a professional setting for meetings. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, making it convenient to get started.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think the limit on max capacity is a bit lower. Like the max number of participants in the free tier is only 100 where one might need more. Apart from this, Zoom uses up a certain amount of bandwidth, so it needs good ping to operate.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace provides secure, high-quality video calls and simplifies hosting large meetings with host/co-host features, enhancing control in seminars.

  ### 26. Reliable Collaboration with Minor Connectivity Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olawumi O. | Digital community manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like Zoom Workplace for its ease of use and reliability. Setting up and joining meetings is very simple, even for people who are not tech-savvy. The video and audio quality are consistently good, and features like screen sharing, meeting recording, virtual backgrounds, and in-meeting chat make collaborations much more effective. I appreciate how well it supports one-on-one conversations and large meetings, helping everyone in my team stay connected and productive. It helps me host video conferences, share screens during presentations, schedule meetings, and stay connected with team members regardless of location. It solves the challenge of communicating and collaborating with people in different locations, making it easy to hold meetings without the need to travel, saving both time and cost.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

While Zoom Workplace is a strong collaborative platform, occasionally meetings can experience connectivity or audio issues when internet connections are unstable. Some advanced features such as breakout rooms, webinar controls, meeting analytics, and admin settings can take time for new users to learn and utilize. Additionally, the free plan meeting limitations can be restrictive for longer sessions. A few challenges also came up during initial setup like signing into multiple devices, adjusting meeting permissions, and configuring settings for the first time. Some users needed guidance on integrating Zoom with Calendar and other tools.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps me conduct virtual meetings and collaborate efficiently across locations, saving time and travel costs. It's reliable and easy to use with features like screen sharing and virtual presentations, making remote work more productive.

  ### 27. Easy Client Meetings with Smart Calendar Sync and AI Meeting Summaries

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jhan B. | Developer support engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I love Zoom because it’s the app I usually use to meet with clients when needed. It’s very easy to use—once you schedule a meeting, it’s automatically added to your calendar.

It also now uses AI to take notes during the discussion, then sends you an email with a summary afterward. You can review the notes and take advantage of many other new features and updates as well.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

What I don’t like most about Zoom is the on-screen drawing/annotation tool. It can be hard to find at times, and there isn’t an easy shortcut to quickly delete what you’ve drawn. As a result, the person on the other end can sometimes get confused.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of using multiple disconnected tools to run meetings, follow up on action items, and keep communication organized. Instead of switching between a video app, email, chat, calendar, and a notes tool, it brings these workflows together—so information isn’t lost and follow-ups happen faster.

For me, the biggest benefit is integration. For example, when I schedule a Zoom meeting, it automatically syncs with Google Calendar, includes the meeting link, and sends reminders—so clients join easily and I don’t have to manually send details. After the call, Zoom’s AI meeting summary/notes can be sent to email or shared with the team, and I can post key takeaways to Zoom Team Chat or create follow-up tasks. This reduces back-and-forth, keeps everyone aligned, and saves time on documentation and coordination.

  ### 28. Zoom Workplace Simplifies Work with an All-in-One, Easy-to-Use Collaboration Hub

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neelanjana M. | Sr. Corporate Trainer/ Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it brings everything together in one place, making day-to-day work much simpler and more organized.

The biggest advantage is its all-in-one collaboration approach. Instead of switching between multiple tools, you can handle meetings, chat, calls, file sharing, and even task coordination within the same platform. This saves time and reduces confusion, especially in team environments.

Another strong point is the ease of use. The interface is clean and intuitive, so even new users can quickly get comfortable without much training. This is especially helpful in training or corporate settings where participants may have different levels of technical knowledge.

I also appreciate the reliability of video and audio quality. Meetings are generally stable, with features like screen sharing, recording, breakout rooms, and live captions working smoothly, which is very useful for training sessions and workshops.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

one thing that can be worked upon is the constant notifications from chats, meetings, and updates can become distracting if not managed properly. It requires some manual effort to customize settings and avoid interruptions.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it solves time wasted on repetitive tasks and information overload. With built-in AI (like meeting summaries, notes, and task automation), it reduces manual effort and helps users focus on more meaningful work

  ### 29. Zoom Workplace: Intuitive, All-in-One Collaboration That Just Works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole M. | Insurance Agent, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Meeting, scheduling one, or hopping into chat is very intuitive, even if you’re not super tech-savvy. It just works without a lot of setup or confusion.

Another strong point is how it combines multiple tools in one platform. Instead of switching between apps, you get video meetings, team chat, phone calls, whiteboards, and file sharing all together. That saves time and keeps things organized.

People also like the reliability. Compared to a lot of other platforms, Zoom tends to have stable video/audio quality, even with larger groups or weaker internet connections.

On top of that, features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and recording make it great for both work and personal use—whether you're running meetings, training sessions, or collaborating on projects.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One downside of Zoom Workplace is that it can feel cluttered with so many features packed into one interface.
It also sometimes requires frequent updates, which can be inconvenient if you’re trying to join a meeting quickly.
Additionally, the chat and file organization tools aren’t always as intuitive or robust compared to other dedicated platforms.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One downside of Zoom Workplace is that it can feel cluttered with so many features packed into one interface.

  ### 30. Reliable Video Calls with a Surprisingly Helpful AI Assistant

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aayushman J. | Undergraduate Research Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Honestly, it’s the reliability. I’ve used Teams and Google Meet, but Zoom seems to hold onto a connection even when my Wi-Fi is acting up. I also really like the new "AI Companion" summary feature. It saves me from having to scribble notes like a madman during a call; I can just focus on the conversation and read the recap afterward to see what my action items are. The interface remains clean even as they add more "Workplace" features like the whiteboard and team chat.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The "everything app" approach is getting a bit cluttered. Sometimes I just want to join a quick call, but the app tries to push me toward the Team Chat or the Mail integration, which I don’t really use. Also, the updates are constant—it feels like every other time I open the app, I have to wait 2 minutes for a mandatory update before I can jump into my meeting, which can be stressful if I'm already running late.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s solved the “fragmented workflow” problem for me. Instead of bouncing between recording software, a notepad, and a video app, I can do everything in one window. The biggest benefit is the time savings. Having a searchable transcript of a 60-minute technical meeting is huge—I can pull up a specific mention of a deadline or a project spec in seconds, rather than scrubbing through an entire video file.

  ### 31. Smooth and Feature-Rich Meetings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Somnath S. | Student, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

It's reliability and ease of use. Meetings run smoothly without crashes or interruptions, and the platform combines simplicity with powerful features like screen sharing, collaborative whiteboards, and AI meeting assistants. It makes teamwork seamless and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Some of its advanced features can feel overwhelming at first, and the interface has a lot of options that may require extra time to learn. Occasional audio or video quality issues also occur depending on network stability, which can disrupt the flow of meetings.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps address some of the biggest challenges in modern collaboration: unreliable meetings, fragmented communication tools, and the difficulty of keeping teams connected. Thanks to its stability and smooth interface, my meetings run without interruptions or crashes, which feels like a major improvement compared to other platforms I’ve used. That reliability keeps discussions on track, saves time, and reduces frustration.
Beyond video calls, Zoom Workplace brings messaging, scheduling, screen sharing, and collaborative whiteboards together in one place, so I’m not constantly juggling multiple apps. This all-in-one setup makes teamwork feel more seamless, whether I’m coordinating projects, brainstorming ideas, or handling day-to-day communication. The AI-powered assistants are also useful for note-taking and summaries, which helps boost productivity and makes it less likely that anything gets missed.
Overall, Zoom Workplace gives me a dependable, unified workspace that improves efficiency, keeps my team aligned, and lets me focus on the work itself instead of spending time troubleshooting technology.

  ### 32. Simple and Easy Tool for Online meetings and classes

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pravesh K. | Laboratory Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is that it is very easy to use. I can quickly join meetings without any problem. The video and audio quality are good, so communication is clear. I also like features like screen sharing, chat, and recording, which help in work and learning. It saves time and makes online meetings simple and smooth.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that sometimes the internet connection affects the meeting quality. The video or audio can lag or stop. Also, the free version has a time limit for group meetings, which can be inconvenient. Sometimes it also uses a lot of battery and data.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves communication and teamwork problems by bringing meetings, chat, and work tools in one place.

Benefit to me: It saves time, makes work easy, and helps me stay connected from anywhere.

  ### 33. Easy, Reliable Virtual Meetings with Seamless Screen Sharing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andreia S. | Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its ease of use and reliability for virtual meetings and collaboration. The video and audio quality is consistent, screen sharing is seamless, and scheduling meetings is straightforward. It also integrates well with other tools, which makes teamwork more efficient and communication much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that occasional connectivity or audio issues can occur, especially with large meetings or weaker internet connections. Additionally, some advanced features can be a bit confusing for new users, and managing multiple meetings at once can sometimes be cumbersome. Improving stability and simplifying certain settings would enhance the overall experience.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of remote communication and collaboration by providing a reliable platform for video meetings, webinars, and team collaboration. It benefits me by making it easy to connect with colleagues, clients, and partners regardless of location, reducing travel time, improving productivity, and enabling more efficient decision-making through real-time interaction.

  ### 34. Zoom - A 10 If They Improve the Waiting Room

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel M. | Of Counsel, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom handles large meetings well. I don’t have much experience running large meetings on other platforms, so I can’t really compare, but the UI/UX is familiar enough that most people can figure it out without much trouble. In my experience, the connections also seem solid and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Meeting hosts and cohosts absolutely should be able to see the video feed of people in the waiting room and be able to question them regarding their attendance. Not doing so opens public meetings to "Zoom bombing". Fix the waiting room, and Zoom bombers will have to up their game.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like having a personal meeting room that stays the same whenever I need it. It makes scheduling and running my weekly meetings much easier and more consistent.

  ### 35. Zoom’s Rock-Solid Calls and a Time-Saving AI Meeting Assistant

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keerthan P. | Associate Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I use Zoom daily for video calls, screen sharing, and the AI meeting assistant and it nails all three. Video conferencing is rock solid, rarely any lag or drop issues even on longer calls. Screen sharing is super smooth and easy to set up, which matters a lot when I'm walking someone through dashboards or code. But the real game changer for me has been the AI meeting assistant it generates pretty accurate meeting summaries so I don't have to worry about taking notes while I'm presenting or deep in a discussion. I just focus on the conversation and catch up on the summary later. Saves me a ton of time honestly.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The AI meeting summaries are good but not always perfect sometimes it misses key action items or gets context slightly off, so I still end up double-checking them. Also, the screen sharing options could be a little more intuitive picking between sharing a specific window vs full screen vs a portion of the screen feels clunkier than it should be. Minor stuff overall, but would be nice if those got polished up a bit.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves for me is keeping meetings productive without losing track of what was discussed. I'm in calls a lot walkthroughs, demos, team syncs and before the AI meeting assistant, I'd either miss stuff while presenting or spend extra time writing up notes after. Now I just let the AI handle the summary and focus on the actual conversation. That alone has saved me a good chunk of time every week. Screen sharing also makes remote collaboration way easier I can pull up a dashboard or walk through something live without needing to send a bunch of screenshots or recordings. Basically, Zoom keeps my remote workflow smooth and cuts down on the back-and-forth that slows things down.

  ### 36. Trusted, Professional Tools with a Polished Interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashish S. | Independent Contractor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

It gives me all the needed tools that i need at the time of my work. It is an old company for me so I can trust this company on my own.And the interface and design is so professional that helps to create professional envioronment.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The thing that i hate about zoom is the large number of memebers meeting on one place , sometime it creates chaos in meetings. And also the layout of it can be more creative.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using zoom i was suffering for managing my meetings and other work but when i started using zoom workplace ,it reduced my stress of wandering on different plateform. Now i am able to manage almost all my work on zoom.

  ### 37. Easy Setup, Top-Notch Call Quality, and Great Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

It is easy to set up, before getting the package from the workplace, I personally purchased and used for different work meetings, instant calls etc. The app support is great. Also, I can purchase the cloud storage as add-ons which is great. The call quality was top notch. The UI loke cleaned to me.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The pricing is very high. Sometimes, when I do not need to use, I still had to pay, so there can be some pay as you go system.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me to set my meeting even when I am out of work location. Also, all work meetings can be saved so that I can take a look back at the important information in a previous meeting. I used to work with Workplace and Calender too. The AI features are truly good and I was able to integrate with Onedrive too.

  ### 38. User-Friendly Meeting Hub with Summaries and Calendar Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** utsav t. | Data Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace is very handy in creating these meetings and easy to navigate and most best thing about it is user friendly and clear instruction.
Its a whole pack of google meet, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp all in one.
Its well balanced between professional and friendly. No lag or any such things faced by me.
Best thing about it is the summarization of meeting and the connectivity of calendar to the mail.
I am using free account not sure about company pricing.
Only reason company are not using because of the domination of market by Google and Microsoft, I prefer zoom for collaboration than teams and meet for sure.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom doesn't have many other tools like excel or google sheets or mail or copilot and Gemini or any similar software so as a company i would prefer Microsoft subscriptions or google subscriptions it would be cost effective to buy in bundle

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes we forget what have been discussed in meeting instead of seeing the whole recording see the summarization it is quick and handy and most importantly time saving

  ### 39. Seamless Cross-Platform Meetings with Powerful Collaboration Tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The seamless cross-platform experience stands out the most. Whether joining from desktop, mobile, or a web browser, the interface remains consistent and the connection quality is reliable. The one-click meeting join and calendar integrations (Google, Outlook) significantly reduce friction for scheduling and attendance. Features like breakout rooms, live transcription, and the whiteboard tool make it genuinely useful beyond just video calls — it covers the full collaboration workflow in one place.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The most notable pain point is resource consumption — Zoom can be significantly heavy on CPU and RAM, especially during longer calls or when virtual backgrounds are enabled, which affects overall system performance. The free plan's 40-minute meeting limit feels restrictive for team collaboration. Additionally, the app has grown quite bloated over time; features like Zoom Mail, Zoom Docs, and the AI Companion add complexity to what was originally valued for its simplicity. Security and privacy concerns from past incidents also linger as considerations for enterprise users.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace primarily solves the challenge of distributed team collaboration — bringing together video conferencing, messaging, file sharing, and scheduling into a single platform rather than switching between multiple tools. For day-to-day use, this means fewer context switches and a more streamlined workflow. It eliminates geographical barriers for meetings, making remote and hybrid work genuinely viable without a significant drop in communication quality. The persistent chat and channel features also help maintain team alignment asynchronously, so not every update requires a live meeting. Overall, it reduces the coordination overhead that typically slows down distributed teams.

  ### 40. Zoom Makes Calls Fast, Easy, and Collaborative with Helpful AI Summaries

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Varun K. | Associate Data Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom helps me interact with my colleagues efficiently and comfortably. It’s easy to initiate calls, and it opens quickly even the first time I try to load it. I also like the quick integrations, such as the whiteboard, which is helpful when I’m trying to explain something to someone else on the call. The AI feature that summarizes the call is good as well. While setting up the things for the first time - the single sign on feature helped to login and authenticate quickly.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The floating window which appears while you share the screen blocks the content all the time, i need to manually hide the floating window each time i share the screen, also the recording could be made available instantly right after the call, whereas currently need to wait 10-20 minutes to get the recording and the meeting summary in the email.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a remote-first organization, Zoom Workplace has been the tool that’s helped us work effectively. It makes it easy to interact with colleagues, whether we’re talking directly, showing something on video, or sharing our screen. Overall, Zoom is our go-to platform for day-to-day communication and collaboration.

  ### 41. Fast and Reliable Once Meetings Are Set Up

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I'm a secretary asked to make a meeting zoom occasionally, navigating the product has been frustrating from time to time as set up does not seem to be as easy as Teams. When it is smooth, it works fine and fast. I was not familiar with any support features as a colleague walked me thru it first. Not sure of pricing as I work in a hospital and do not purchase. Have not tried any AI features yet.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

It takes too long to set up a meeting and sometimes the date and time to put in is cumbersome and getting my people's emails to come over from outlook, I could not figure out so one at a time had to be put in. Teams is so much easier.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not using these so can not reply on them

  ### 42. Easy,Simple and Reliable All in one tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana Kristine G. | Lead generation specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to use and how it keeps everything—meetings, chat, and collaboration—all in one place. It makes it simple to stay connected and get work done, and it feels reliable day to day.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming because there are so many features, which makes the interface a bit confusing at first. On top of that, meetings can occasionally lag or run into connection issues, and that can be especially frustrating during important calls.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace addresses the problem of having too many separate tools for communication and collaboration by bringing meetings, chat, calls, and documents together in one platform. For me, that means I don’t have to keep switching between different apps just to communicate or get work done. It helps me stay organized, save time, and focus more on my tasks instead of managing multiple tools. It also makes teamwork smoother, since everything—meetings, messages, and files—is available in one place.

Zoom Workplace is a very useful and powerful tool for audio and video conferencing, especially for meetings. The audio and video quality is usually very good and clear. Another thing I’ve noticed is that the user interface has improved compared to earlier versions, and it feels reliable for industry use. The feature I like most is that Zoom includes so many features and tools integrated within the app itself, which helps reduce users’ screen time and improves the team’s productivity.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace consumes a lot of internet data. Sometimes it feels very slow and laggy, especially on low network connections. The free version also has many limitations, and the paid plans or subscriptions are very expensive. Most advanced features are only available with the paid plans.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps solve communication and collaboration issues, especially in a remote work environment. Before using Zoom, coordinating meetings and scheduling client calls, as well as sharing files and data, was very difficult and often felt laggy and slow. Now, using Zoom Workplace has made our tasks and schedules simpler and easier to manage. It improves my productivity, helps the whole team coordinate more smoothly, saves time, and makes communication more efficient overall.

  ### 44. Zoom Workplace: Easy UI, Great Audio, and Handy AI Companion Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nishit C. | Security Delivery Associate Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace is one the best and prominent Collaboration platform, Its User interface is real easy compared to competitor. Audio quality is far better. I have never observed any lag while using Zoom workplace.
File sharing, chat rooms feature- you can send 1:1 message even when part of a group chat room. It also has a white board add-in which is really useful to present while in a group call. AI Companion also eases the life with all the search options, capturing and writing concise notes.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Few things which i observed- It utilizes a lot of RAM space, sometimes causing system to slow down.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hassle free collaborate with all remote team members in hybrid work culture challenges.
AI companion helps in capturing minutes and formalizes before being shared across, documents actions items which somehow eliminates the fear of missing out on key meeting notes and people pay full attention on discussion.
it has some apps which allows integration with google meet, outlook, google drive which is a good feature.
private chat room while part of group calls to maintain privacy.
Crystal clear sound quality really enhances listening experience.

  ### 45. Zoom Workspace’s AI Companions Summaries Save Me 20 Minutes After Every Sync

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ushpal P. | System Admin, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I love the AI Companions summary feature in Zoom Workspace. It saves me around 20 minutes of admin work after every departmental sync, because I no longer have to manually type out action items.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

While I appreciate the all-in-one approach, the interface is starting to feel a bit crowded. I’d really like a Lite Mode for days when I just need to focus on calls, without all the extra tabs competing for attention. The AI summaries are helpful overall, but they occasionally struggle with technical industry terms, so I still need to do a quick manual edit now and then.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Zoom Workplace solves for me is meeting friction. Before, I spent hours every week summarizing calls and chasing down action items. Now, the AI Companion does about 90% of that work instantly. It’s also significantly reduced my app fatigue: being able to pull up a Zoom Doc or a Whiteboard directly inside the meeting window keeps the team focused on the task, instead of hunting for links across other apps. Overall, it turns a video call into a productive work session.

  ### 46. Streamlines Team Collaboration with Ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Komal P. | HR, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like Zoom Workplace's ease of use and reliability. The intuitive interface makes scheduling and joining meetings hassle-free. I appreciate features like screen sharing, recording, and breakout rooms, which make meetings more interactive and productive. The audio and video quality are generally stable, even with moderate internet connectivity, which is very important for smooth communication. From an HR perspective, it’s especially helpful for conducting interviews and coordinating with multiple stakeholders efficiently. Overall, it provides a seamless and professional virtual meeting experience. I also find the integration with tools like Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook helpful for scheduling and managing meetings efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

While Zoom Workplace is overall very reliable, there are a few areas that could be improved. At times, minor connectivity issues or lags can occur during longer meetings, especially with unstable internet, which can affect the flow of discussion. The time limitation in the free version can also be restrictive for longer meetings or interviews. Additionally, managing large meetings can sometimes feel slightly complex for new users, especially when handling multiple participants, breakout rooms, or settings. Improving stability in low-bandwidth conditions and simplifying some advanced features would make the overall experience even better.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to eliminate communication gaps, enabling remote and hybrid meetings, interviews, and collaborations. It saves time by allowing virtual interactions and solves coordination challenges with features like screen sharing and chat, ensuring efficient and structured processes in HR tasks.

  ### 47. Easy Zoom Scheduling with Smart Calendar Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louise S. | User experience researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Scheduling Zoom calls is easy. It links with my work calendar, so I can quickly see when colleagues are free and set up meetings without back-and-forth. I also like that notes taken in the chat during a call can be shared with colleagues and saved, so they aren’t lost once the call ends. The calendar view shows public holidays and colleagues’ annual leave as well, which makes it faster to find a suitable time and schedule meetings more quickly.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I can’t set “turn off AI assistant” as the default, so we have to switch it off at the start of every call. I suspect those settings are controlled by our account admin. During calls, the Zoom controls also often feel like they’re in the way, especially when I’m sharing my screen. Sometimes the Zoom tasks build up (I’m checking elsewhere) and it makes me anxious, since the number can get quite high. I also don’t like the wording of “X is inviting you to view the meeting summary” — it comes across as passive-aggressive.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick and easing scheduling and hosting of calls. Famous brand with a lot of recognition for scheduling calls outside of our company. People are familair with it even if they don't use it consistently.

  ### 48. Zoom is the best video platform for meetings and more!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily H. | The Communicator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom is the best, easy-to-use and dynamic video conferencing platform. I have used it for years for meetings, and have hosted webinars as well. When I have to video conference on almost any platform, I complain. I love all the features and thought put into this platform.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I don't think there is anything I dislike about Zoom, other than when I go to get on a meeting and suddenly it has to update. It does sometimes make me late to the meeting by a few minutes.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a remote team so we are able to hold our one-on-one and team meetings, as well as project meetings via Zoom. Not to mention we do consulting and have been able to complete trainings, workshops, and other sessions via Zoom.

  ### 49. Consistently Reliable Video and Audio Quality, Even on Unstable Connections

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felipe C. | Lead Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The video and audio quality is consistently reliable, even on unstable connections. Calls stay smooth, with minimal lag and very few dropped frames.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The free plan's 40 minute meeting limit feels restrictive for longer colalborative sessions. The desktop app can be resource heavy, slowing down older machines during extended calls.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using Zoom Workplace, our team struggled with unreliable video calls and the constant need to switch between separate tools for messaging, meetings, and scheduling. That back-and-forth regularly cost us hours of productivity each week. Now we can run seamless back-to-back meetings, chat, and coordinate calendars all in one place. As a result, we spend roughly 30% less time on meeting logistics, and our remote collaboration experience feels noticeably smoother overall.

  ### 50. Effortless Meetings, Cost-Effective Video Solutions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve O. | Project and Programs Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I really love the fact that Zoom Workplace reminds you of a meeting, sends you updates, and anytime you open the interface, you get to see each day and the kind of meetings scheduled. This helps me to plan my day and week efficiently by seeing what meetings I have coming up and who has accepted or declined the invitations. I also appreciate being able to follow up with meeting participants to confirm their attendance so I don't find myself being the only one in a meeting.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think one thing that can be improved is the participant limit. Even with the premium version, there's a cap on the number of participants. It would be great if this could be extended. Another issue I faced was with locating the cloud recordings. When I first tried to switch my recording from my device to the cloud, it was really tough. It became quite a challenge because I couldn't easily find that option. It would be helpful if the feature to record to the cloud or to the device was more visible and simple when you open the interface.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace saves costs on video recording and cloud storage. It allows us to save and access recordings easily, share them widely, and conduct webinars without logistical hassles, offering a systematic way to store videos.
