## Zoom Workplace Reviews
 ### 1. Zoom Workplace: User-Friendly with Occasional Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsay K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I love that even if I'm not paying for Zoom Workplace, I can have an hour of a free meeting, and I think that's really wonderful. I also like that I can give reactions so that if I'm asking questions, people can raise their hands. And I like the private chat feature. I really enjoy that the private chat allows me to be more accessible to people who can't necessarily hear too well. I love that the chat features become permanent in the meeting, which is useful. The setup was really simple, I could change my name quickly and easily affiliate it with my work email.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think sometimes it's laggy, and the meeting codes are sometimes hard to use if I'm trying to join a meeting quickly.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for meetings and interviews, and I love that it offers a free hour-long meeting. The private chat is great for accessible communication, and I can give reactions, like raising hands, which is helpful during Q&A sessions.

 ### 2. Zoom Is Easy, User-Friendly, and Trusted by Everyone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie G. | Owner , Individual & Family Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like how Zoom is easy to use and user-friendly. Most companies use it, and everyday people do too. It’s a well-known platform that many people recognize and rely on.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I can’t say there’s anything I necessarily dislike. That said, I have noticed that when I use a green screen background, there can sometimes be a bit of lag in the connection. However, I’m not entirely sure whether that’s directly related to using the green screen background or if it’s caused by something else.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows for quick, seamless face-to-face meetings while working remotely. It also makes it easy to get everyone on a call, and even to present when needed.

 ### 3. Intuitive Meeting Tool with Powerful Hub and AI Companion

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Komal S. | Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

An excellent tool for meetings with a highly intuitive and user-friendly interface. The Hub functionality is particularly impressive, allowing seamless file sharing and organized folder management in one place. Overall, a very effective and well-designed platform for collaboration and communication.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

1. Some times if you network is poor the call is dropped automatically. I have faced this issue some times.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team relies on Zoom Workplace for conducting meetings and real-time communication during calls. It has been an effective tool for collaboration within the organization.

 ### 4. Reliable Tool with Cluttered Interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dayo O. | Senior Analyst | Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I mostly use Zoom Workplace for team meetings, client calls, screen sharing, and remote collaboration. It enhances our collaboration and communication, especially when we're working remotely or across different locations. What I like most is the reliability and ease of use, followed by the audio/video quality. The screen sharing and collaboration features are appealing as well. I also like the meeting recording feature and how easy it is to schedule meetings. The initial setup was quite easy.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I will say the interface can sometimes be too cluttered with too many features and settings. The interface could be improved by making the layout simpler and easier to navigate. Some of the settings also feel too buried in the menu, which can make it feel too cluttered.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to enhance collaboration and communication, especially remotely or across locations. It makes meetings easy and facilitates screen sharing.

 ### 5. Zoom Workspace Makes Meetings, Phone, Messages, and Summaries Easy to Access

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

One of the upsides of using Zoom Workspace is that it makes it easy to open the meeting or webinar you need to attend. It’s also simple to navigate to Phone or Messages, and to find summaries when you need them.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Some downsides include the recording, and transcripts could benefit from some upgrades, the ability to organize the meetings by folders or groups to keep track of clients or teams. Tras scripts should be pulled into the AI summaries for consistency. The google integration could benefit for refinement, to ensure it keeps up to date with new/reoccurring meeting and changes.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom workplace has been instrumental in ensuring we have summaries of meetings, transcripts to ensure accuracy as well as recordings to have a record of client meetings in one spot. Additionally, our clients have benefitting from the Zoom interface, stating it is much easier than other similar products.

 ### 6. All-in-One Collaboration with Persistent Chat, Easy Screen Sharing, and Noise Suppression

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mardie G. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

It offers an all-in-one collaboration setup with email and calendar, plus docs and a whiteboard. The team chat is persistent, similar to Slack. Screen sharing is easy, and teammates can also remotely control the sharer’s screen when needed. It also includes noise suppression.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes I feel like it uses a lot of memory/RAM, especially on machines that aren’t high-end.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it really improves accessibility when you’re trying to present exactly what you want to show. For example, instead of sharing only a slide, you can share your entire screen or just a portion of it, which is helpful if you don’t want to reveal certain parts of a window on your PC. Also, if the person sharing can’t set up the presentation properly, others can step in and assist them.

 ### 7. Essential Remote Tool with Minor Connectivity Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sidharth R. | Programmatric Associate , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like that Zoom Workplace allows more members to join in for a meeting compared to other platforms, and it's reliable and easy for everyone to join meetings without any glitches or technical hurdles. It's easy to use, making it effective for fast communication and remote collaboration. The inbuilt communication tools are reliable for client interactions, and it offers time and cost efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes I experience connectivity and stability issues with Zoom Workplace, like getting disconnected even though my internet is fine, which leads to video glitches and dropped calls. I think the chat functionality could be stronger and integrations could be better for a smoother workflow. Also, the pricing plan needs improvement to attract more customers, as it's a bit higher compared to competitors like Google Meet. Initially, the setup was a bit confusing, especially when we started using it during the COVID-19 outbreak for remote work.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for virtual meetings and team collaboration, solving communication and coordination challenges when working remotely, providing a platform that's reliable and easy to use, with tools for faster communication and effective remote collaboration.

 ### 8. Zoom Workplace: All-in-One Flow with Rock-Solid Meetings and Time-Saving AI Summaries

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu V. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it brings everything into one flow instead of scattering work across five different apps.

You’re not just jumping on video calls anymore. You’ve got meetings, chat, whiteboard, docs, AI summaries, and calendar coordination all in one place. That reduces context switching, which honestly is where most productivity gets lost.

The meeting experience itself is still the strongest part. It’s stable, even on weaker connections. Screen sharing is smooth. Breakout rooms are easy to manage. For someone working across teams or stakeholders, that reliability matters.

Another big plus is the AI Companion. Automatic meeting summaries and action item capture save real time. Instead of scrambling to take notes, you can focus on the discussion and still walk away with structured follow-ups.

And finally, it scales well. Whether it’s a quick 1:1, a sprint review, or a large stakeholder town hall, it handles all of it without friction.

In short, it reduces coordination overhead. That’s the real win.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One issue is feature overload. There’s meetings, chat, whiteboard, docs, clips, AI tools, phone, scheduler and more. While that’s impressive, it can make the interface feel crowded. For new users especially, it’s not immediately clear where to go for what.

Another drawback is that chat still doesn’t feel as fluid as dedicated tools like Slack. Threads can get messy, and long-term knowledge management inside chat isn’t great. It works, but it’s not the strongest part of the platform.

There’s also the pricing structure. Some of the more useful features, especially advanced AI capabilities, are locked behind higher-tier plans. For smaller teams, that can feel limiting.

And finally, performance can dip when running larger meetings alongside multiple integrations. It’s generally stable, but it does demand decent system resources.

So overall, it’s not about major flaws. It’s more about complexity and positioning. Zoom started as the best video tool in the room. As it expands into an all-in-one workplace platform, it’s still figuring out how to make everything feel equally polished.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At its core, it cuts down fragmentation. Before, teams juggle a video app, a chat tool, a docs/collaboration tool, calendars, and task trackers. That’s context switching—mental friction, lost time, missed details. Zoom Workplace brings those into one ecosystem. That alone smooths communication and coordination.

It also tackles meeting inefficiency. With things like AI summaries, action item extraction, and searchable transcripts, you don’t have to capture every detail yourself or chase people afterward for what was decided. That means less time rehashing and more time acting.

Real-time collaboration is another area. Whiteboards, shared docs, and chat live together around the same session or workspace, so brainstorming feels continuous instead of disjointed across tools.

For teams spread across different locations or time zones, the persistent history in chats and meetings helps too. You don’t have to repeat context—newcomers can catch up quickly.

The benefit of all this is simpler workflows. Fewer apps to switch between, clearer handoffs between conversation and action, and less “where did we put that?” when you need past context. You save time, reduce friction, and keep everyone aligned without relying on seven different tools.

 ### 9. Streamlined Communication with Universal Compatibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa U. | Dog Trainer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I really like that Zoom Workplace does everything all in one place. It's super convenient that I can send AI summaries and provide everyone with a recap, which makes it easy and streamlined for attendees. Most of my clients know how to use it, and it's a great option because 99% of people are comfortable with it. Plus, the initial setup was really easy, making it a good choice for my needs.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think the pricing and also sometimes people are confused about the meeting link they are supposed to join.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoom Workplace:**

Pay for the plan where you can have meetings longer than 30 min - so worth it

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace does everything in one place, allowing me to send AI summaries and recaps, making it easy and streamlined for attendees.

 ### 10. Zoom Workplace review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lakeisha H. | Direct Support Professional, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I liked most about the Zoom Workplace platform is its virtual accessibility. It’s ideal for direct communication between individuals and/or groups, and it can be used for a plethora of different purposes.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes the app lags in the middle of a meeting, and I’ve also run into occasional login issues. Even so, I still enjoy the experience overall during the times I’ve used it.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves problems by enabling video conferencing from anywhere, bringing communication together and helping minimize the need for separate communication channels or tactics.

 ### 11. User-Friendly UI/UX with Neatly Organized Meeting Controls

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prarambh L. | AGM Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The best part is the UI/UX: it’s user-friendly and easy to use. All the options are placed neatly based on their utility, especially the essential ones you need while conducting a meeting.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

There is common issue of not detecting camera in multiple devices which I had noticed recently you consider from month of March 2026, unless we restart the entire process 2 to 3 times it.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s easy to send invitations and connect with invitees, which is helpful since our organization has frequent internal and external meetings.

 ### 12. Ease of Use Meets Comprehensive Meeting Solutions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hemant S. | Manger, Legal Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I use Zoom Workplace primarily for video meetings with clients, sharing presentations, and connecting with people for official purposes. What I like most is the ease of use and how it serves as a one-stop solution for corporate meetings. It's great for scheduling calls, sharing meeting links with clients, recording meetings, and quickly sending off meetings. These features reduce the need to switch between different apps and windows, which I find very convenient. The initial setup was quick too, making it an efficient tool right from the start.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes due to network issues, the screen sharing doesn't work well as the other party is unable to see the shared screen properly. Also, navigation is not always intuitive for new users.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to share files, my screen, and chat during meetings without disturbing others. It's a one-stop solution for corporate meetings, easy to schedule calls, record, and send quick meetings, reducing the need for other apps.

 ### 13. Easy-to-Use Virtual Meetings with Reliable Audio, Video, and Screen Sharing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LOKESH G. | Engineer.SGB TCS-FS CORE BANKING,Production, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace is very easy to use for virtual meetings, team collaboration, and client calls. The video and audio quality are generally reliable, screen sharing runs smoothly, and features such as meeting recordings, chat, breakout rooms, and calendar integration help boost productivity. Overall, it’s especially useful for remote teams and for keeping professional communication clear and organized.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The free version comes with time limits, and during longer meetings the app can sometimes use a lot of system resources. I also run into occasional connectivity problems that affect call quality, and it feels like some of the more advanced collaboration features are kept behind paid plans. On top of that, the interface can start to feel cluttered, especially with frequent updates.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps address communication and collaboration challenges for remote teams, client meetings, and cross-functional discussions. It cuts down on delays that come from scheduling in-person meetings and makes it much easier to connect with colleagues or clients across different locations. Features such as screen sharing, recordings, and chat support productivity by enabling faster communication and helping teams keep track of key conversations and decisions.

 ### 14. All-in-One Communication Hub With Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pratik K. | Lead Recruiter

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like Zoom Workplace for its meeting, chat, and collaboration features. The video quality is usually reliable, and features like meeting summaries and easy screen sharing make it practical for both work and study. In Zoom Workplace, having meeting, chat, and collaboration tools in one place keeps everything organized and improves overall productivity. I can chat with someone, jump into a meeting instantly, share files and screens, and keep working on the same task without losing context, which makes communication faster and reduces confusion.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The 40-minute limit in the free plan is frustrating. It can also lag on weak internet, which isn't ideal. The interface can feel cluttered at times, and the chat/collaboration tools aren't the strongest.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to overcome distance barriers, scattered communication, and missed information. It keeps everything organized and integrated, making communication faster and reducing confusion, ultimately boosting productivity.

 ### 15. Effective for Large Conferences, Needs Improved Stability

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shweta C. | Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like using Zoom Workplace for its effective communication capabilities, especially when it comes to holding large meetings and conferences. I really appreciate the room options for large audiences, which make it easy to manage big events. The feature that allows us to divide attendees into groups and separate rooms is very easy and effective, and I find it particularly useful for large conferences. I also enjoy the screen sharing feature with the ability to highlight using a pen, as it makes it very easy to circle any area and point out important details.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes it gets hang and crash, which feels irritating. It happens during call or at the time of joining. I think performance and load testing needs to be done properly. When usage is high, it causes issue. The initial setup is quite lengthy.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Zoom Workplace makes communication easy and supports large audiences. It allows us to create breakout rooms for effective group discussions and highlights areas during screen sharing effortlessly.

 ### 16. All-in-One Solution for Communication and Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohit K. | Assistant Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I love how Zoom Workplace brings everything into one place, so I don’t have to switch between different apps for meetings, chatting, and sharing files. This integration makes my workflow much smoother. I appreciate its ease of use—the simple and intuitive interface means that joining or starting meetings takes just a few clicks, even for beginners. The reliable video and audio quality makes conversations feel natural and professional without constant interruptions. Features like screen sharing and meeting summaries are incredibly useful for collaboration and staying organized, especially when working in teams. Screen sharing lets me explain things clearly, and meeting summaries save time by highlighting key points without having to rely on memory.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

While Zoom Workplace is very useful overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. One issue is that the free version has time limits on meetings, which can be frustrating when discussions run long and you have to reconnect. The platform can also feel a bit feature-heavy at times. With so many tools packed in, it can be slightly overwhelming, especially for new users trying to find specific settings or features. Another area is performance on low internet connections—video and audio quality can drop or lag, which disrupts the flow of meetings. Lastly, while the chat and collaboration features are helpful, they’re not as streamlined as some dedicated messaging apps, so managing conversations can sometimes feel less organized.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves distance issues by enabling instant video meetings and eases communication with quick messages. It aids collaboration with screen and file sharing and improves organization by centralizing meetings, chats, and schedules, boosting productivity by reducing app switching.

 ### 17. Effortless Meetings, Unmatched Reliability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I love that Zoom Workplace is a reliable, real-time way to connect our entire company and support customers without friction. Everything happens live, in one place, and it’s consistent, allowing for clear communication. The biggest strength is how quickly and smoothly you can connect with people and solve problems in real-time. Meetings start fast, audio/video is consistent, and screen sharing just works. I appreciate that the fast connection saves time and reduces friction. Zoom Workplace stands out with its simplicity, reliability, and superior video conferencing quality, making it a 'video-first' platform that 'just works' with less friction. It simplified our meetings, and setting it up was ridiculously easy—you just create an account, send a meeting invite, and join!

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Too many features can make Zoom Workplace feel cluttered. They've added chat, docs, whiteboards, AI, and more, which means the interface can feel crowded. Some features go unused or are hard to find.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for real-time company meetings and customer troubleshooting. It provides fast, reliable communication with consistent audio/video and simple screen sharing, reducing friction and simplifying meetings. It's especially effective for external calls and poor internet connections.

 ### 18. Zoom Workplace Opens Up New Opportunities Through Meetings and Live Workshops

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Candy T. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace enables me to meet folks outside of my organization and area. I can also attend live workshops and programs I wouldn't otherwise be able to attend. Zoom Workplace has opened up so many opportunities!

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The only downside to Zoom Workplace is when Internet service is disrupted, which brings the whole meeting to a stop.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace is helping me be able to meet others in my field and to learn from them. I'm astounded at how well we have all been able to adapt to online learning and professional meetings!

 ### 19. Easy Setup, Excellent Recording and Sharing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramesh A. | Technical Specialist , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like using Zoom Workplace because of its good user interface, which allows me to see all participants on one screen and monitor them effectively. I appreciate the recording option, which is essential for creating reference materials for candidates. The screen sharing option is also a big plus, as it makes the training interactive by allowing me to share PowerPoints, videos, and documents, helping candidates better understand the concepts. I find it valuable that I can make multiple people share their screens and even assign host roles to others.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes during the session it's hanging or reconnecting, which makes it difficult to present information. Also, if you give screen sharing option to someone, the recording stops until you allow the candidate to start recording again. It needs improvement.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to schedule meetings, monitor attendees, and record training sessions. The user interface lets me see everyone on one screen, and I can keep inactive participants in a waiting room. Recording and screen sharing enhance interactivity and serve as reference materials.

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I love how easy it is to chat with others, hold team conversations, use whiteboards, and access AI tools.

I dislike the limitations caused by the free plans; sometimes it feels like there are too many features, and it consumes a lot of system resources, which can be frustrating.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps address communication and collaboration challenges by centralizing meetings, messages, and work tools in one place, making it easier for people to stay connected and get things done.

 ### 21. Helpful AI Feature with Easy Onboarding and Great UI/UX

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Upasana D. | Student Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The new AI feature is very helpful in case one zones out or if the conversation gets too technical. Downloading and onboarding on the app is also pretty easy, good design and UI/UX and has become a standardised tool all over the world.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Pricing for the premium version is a bit much for students though and the 45-minute cap on the free version should be removed. It's not very well integrated with linux systems too, as well it is in Macs.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The number of features Zoom Workplace has is impressive. It has helped clients across hiring, interviews, friendly catchups and so on.

 ### 22. Seamless Integrations Enhance Virtual Meetings

I really like how integrated Zoom Workplace is with my existing tech stack. It integrates with HubSpot, Google Calendar, and Gong, making it really easy and seamless to use. The integration with HubSpot is helpful for scheduling meetings, while the Google integration simplifies calendar events by allowing me to add a Zoom link easily. The Gong integration automatically connects with Zoom, pushing over the Zoom call and analyzing it, which is really helpful. Overall, these integrations make Zoom Workplace work really well for me.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes I feel like it's hard to see everything someone is showing over screenshare, like when they're showing a software platform and I'm trying to read text. It would be nice if the technology auto-zoomed in for me into areas someone who was speaking was focusing on.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

when we are in conference it is very important to be able to send messages At the same time that you are in a video conference because in the event that any user has problems with audio or needs to clarify doubts, they can do it easily. I also liked how the administrator of a meeting can just create the video-room and just wait for others to join (unlike some other video conferencing tools where you need to ring and wait for the first person to hang up in order to begin the call).

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

**Reviewed by:** Carlos F. | Front Office Reconciliations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I appreciate having all the functionalities of Zoom Workplace in one place, which allows me and my team to get the tools and things we need from the same place. One feature I like is the artificial intelligence, as it generates a recap of meetings, so we don't have to manually write minutes. The chat intelligence suggests responses we should have on the chat, making it easy to respond with one click. The follow-up features are also pretty useful. Additionally, I believe the initial setup of Zoom Workplace was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think Zoom Workplace could be more user-friendly. People in the corporate world are used to Teams and Microsoft Office, which are super intuitive and user-friendly. I believe that if Zoom Workplace had a better structure, it could really improve in being intuitive. For people less familiar with technology, Zoom Workplace is a bit less user-friendly.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to have all the functionalities of Zoom in one place, making it practical for my team to access the tools we need together from the same place.

I teach Spanish using Zoom Workplace every day. We use Zoom to connect and learn. My colleague joins us from a South American country. We love to use breakout rooms for students to have personalized practice time in small groups.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

There are times when we can't hear each other because our voices cut off. Sometimes we cut the video and that helps. Other times we just repeat until the data catches up.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because of Zoom Workplace, I'm able to teach families from multiple states, bring a native speaker to our classroom from his own country, share slides, videos, and online novels. I'm able to develop this live interactive business from my own home. We're building human connection and real relationships that we are taking into the real world. ### 26. Seamless Communication and Collaboration Hub

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ravi t. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I really like how Zoom Workplace integrates everything into a single platform. I don't need separate tools for meetings, chat, and collaboration, which makes things much easier for me. The video and audio quality are consistently reliable, even with large teams. Screen sharing is smooth, which works well for demos and technical discussions. The recording and meeting summary features are especially useful as I can revisit discussions anytime without relying on notes, reducing miscommunication. Another aspect I appreciate is the ease of scheduling and calendar integration, which removes back-and-forth coordination and keeps meetings organized. Sharing my screen and communication are both smoother compared to Google Meet. Setting up the environment is also very easy and quick, with just a link we can access the meeting and easily enter it.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One issue with Zoom Workplace is that the interface can feel cluttered as more features are added. It sometimes takes extra effort to find specific settings or tools, especially for new users. The chat feature is functional but not as strong as dedicated tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams. Thread management needs improvement, as conversations get messy because replies are not as structured or easy to track.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of scattered communication and inefficient collaboration by centralizing meetings, chat, and file sharing. It reduces context switching and saves time, while keeping everyone organized with integrated scheduling and calendar features.

 ### 27. Zoom Workplace: Easy to use and with integrated tools for more agile work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raúl S. | PPC Account Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to use on a daily basis. The interface is quite clear and in a few minutes you can organize a meeting, share your screen, or invite someone external without having to configure too many things. Additionally, the audio and video quality tends to be quite stable even when there are many participants on the call.

Another point I value a lot is that it integrates several tools in one place: meetings, team chat, calendar, and document collaboration. This avoids having to jump between different applications and makes work more agile, especially when working with distributed or remote teams.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like least about Zoom Workplace is that when many of its features are used at once (chat, meetings, integrated apps, etc.), the interface can feel a bit cluttered and sometimes it's hard to quickly find some options. Additionally, on older devices or with many applications open, the resource consumption can be somewhat high.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace primarily helps to solve communication and coordination problems when working with teams that are not in the same location. It allows you to organize quick meetings, share your screen to review documents or campaigns in real-time, and maintain chat conversations without having to rely solely on email.

In my case, the greatest benefit is that it greatly speeds up communication with clients and colleagues. Instead of exchanging several emails to explain something, you can make a quick call, show what you're seeing on the screen, and resolve it in a few minutes. This makes meetings more productive and decision-making faster.

The ease of using Zoom Workplace is something I appreciate, as it's easy to use, easy to log on, and makes it simple for people to see each other, connect, and chat to keep the dialogue going. The initial setup was also easy, which adds to its overall convenience.

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I really appreciate how seamless it feels to use. The interface is clean and intuitive, so I don’t waste time figuring out where things are. Meetings start quickly, and the video/audio quality is consistently reliable. I also love that it’s not just about meetings anymore—features like Team Chat, Whiteboard, and integrations with other tools make it feel like a complete collaboration hub rather than just a video call app.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes the sheer number of features can feel overwhelming, especially for new users. It takes a bit of time to discover everything and figure out what’s most useful for your workflow. Also, while Zoom has improved a lot with hybrid work tools, switching between devices (like laptop to mobile) could be smoother

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s solving the challenge of staying connected with colleagues and collaborators across different locations. Instead of juggling multiple apps for chat, meetings, and brainstorming, Zoom Workplace brings them together in one place. That reduces friction and makes teamwork more natural, even when people are remote.

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I think Zoom Workplace is super user-friendly and the format is great. Almost all of the tools are laid out intuitively underneath, so the screen isn't cluttered with other applications. I like the tool that lets me not see everybody's screen, which helps me focus on the people I need to listen to. The initial setup was extremely easy and very familiar, so there was no difficulty in getting started.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I wouldn't say it's a personal issue because I use it under my job description, but the fact that you can't surpass a certain amount of team meeting time or that would be, like, an additional feature that you do have to pay for.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace eliminates the inconvenience of going into the office for single meetings and allows staff to easily come together and share ideas in a more accessible way.

It solves the problem of fragmented communication and event hosting by giving me one single platform and centralizes video calls, screen sharing, chat and presentations into one place. **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Filip K. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I really like the AI companion feature in Zoom Workplace. It's like having a meeting summary with intelligent chapters, such as for budget discussions or action items. This feature allows me to join a meeting late and catch up on what happened without interrupting anyone, which is a game changer when I'm switching between meetings with a full calendar. Additionally, I find Zoom Workplace solves issues of meeting amnesia and connection stability, along with automated note-taking and low bandwidth reliability. I appreciate that it consolidates tools like team chat and whiteboarding into one app, helping us save money on separate licenses for apps like Miro or Slack. Its integration with Google Calendar is essential, offering a one-click join experience, and I like how we can automatically log meeting recordings and transcripts into client CRM profiles with HubSpot.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think the UI clutter is a problem. They keep adding buttons for apps, whiteboards, notes, clips, and a catalog. The interface feels overwhelming compared to the clean simplicity of the original Zoom. So I think the interface could be improved. I mean, just simplify the pre-meeting experience. Currently, when I open Zoom, I'm bombarded with a home dashboard full of calendars, notes, and chats. Sometimes, I just want a big new meeting button to just start.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to solve meeting amnesia and connection stability. It has automated note-taking, low bandwidth reliability, and tool consolidation, so everything is in one app. This saves money on separate licenses for tools like Miro or Slack.

I like that I can mute participants and that an admin has the control to end meetings, which is another great feature. The onboarding process was easy and comfortable, and it's affordable. Many features are there, making Zoom a good choice.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

For me, Zoom Workplace is good, but the only thing is, compared to Microsoft Teams, the UI is kind of less accessible and not as easy. I think if Zoom focuses on improving the UI and making the buttons more accessible, it could be better.

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I find Zoom Workplace to be an incredible tool for our company all-hands meetings. It allows a bunch of us to get on a call together, react to presentations, and chat all in one place, which is pretty convenient for such meetings. I also like that you can put a spotlight on the person who's talking. I really appreciate the ability to create individual private chat groups with specific people during a Zoom meeting, so we don't have to message everyone else on the call. The initial setup was pretty easy, just had to set up an account, and it's very easy to navigate through, so I didn't really face any challenges. Overall, it's a great app or platform.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

A lot of times, it gets a little tricky to start a meeting because although I have the Zoom app on my laptop, it somehow redirects through the browser when I click on the link. It's weird that despite having the Zoom app on my laptop, I get redirected to the browser. I still don't understand why that happens, so maybe that's something for you guys to look into.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for all-hands meetings. It allows us to get on a call together, react to presentations, chat in one place, and spotlight speakers, making it a convenient tool for meetings.

 ### 47. Crystal-Clear HD Video and AI Summaries That Supercharge Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John L. | Commodity Futures Trader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The high-definition video quality and the AI Companion meeting summaries are the best features. It makes collaboration on technical projects much faster and more efficient. Also, the audio and video remain sharp even during large multi-user sessions, which is critical for professional presentations and meetings.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Admin settings feel hidden and hard to find quickly.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the issue of lost context in long meetings. Being able to ask the AI assistant to 'catch me up' if I join late—or using the automated meeting summaries to review decisions—saves me hours of post-meeting follow-up every week. It ensures nothing slips through the cracks on a project.

 ### 48. Great tool for keeping work organized

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fernando M. | Channel Sales Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best is how simple it feels. It’s not clunky like other work tools; everything just works, and it’s easy to find what I need without a headache. It just makes the workday feel a bit smoother.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

It’s starting to feel a bit cluttered with too many features and icons I don't always use. Notifications can also get pretty distracting during a meeting; it’s hard to stay focused when pings from different channels keep popping up.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It fixes the issue of losing track of what was decided in meetings. With the automated summaries, I don't have to rely on my memory or messy notes anymore. It benefits me by giving me a clear action plan right after a call, so I can just get to work.

 ### 49. Zoom Workplace Unifies Meetings, Chat, Phone, and AI—Reliable and Easy to Adopt

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ste P. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I Like Best About Zoom Workplace
The standout feature of Zoom Workplace is its ability to seamlessly unify video meetings, team chat, phone, and whiteboard spaces into a single platform. It significantly reduces app-switching fatigue and keeps team communication centralized.
The interface is clean, intuitive, and highly familiar. Navigating between your calendar, active chats, and upcoming meetings feels natural, making it easy for users of all technical skill levels to adapt instantly.
It boasts an excellent ecosystem. Zoom Workplace integrates effortlessly with major productivity suites like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, as well as a wide variety of project management and CRM tools.
Unmatched reliability. The platform consistently delivers stable, high-definition video and crisp audio with very low latency, even in less-than-ideal bandwidth conditions.
It absolutely feels like you get your money's worth. Because it bundles meetings, team chat, and AI capabilities into one package, it allows you to consolidate software and stop paying for separate standalone apps. This makes the overall return on investment very strong.
Onboarding is virtually frictionless since most users already know how to use Zoom. For team deployment, the admin portal is straightforward, backed by a comprehensive knowledge base and responsive support channels.
The built-in Zoom AI Companion is a massive time-saver. It actively boosts productivity by generating highly accurate meeting summaries, answering questions if you join a meeting late, and helping draft chat responses—all seamlessly built into the workflow.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

While Zoom Workplace is packed with features, its ambition to be an "all-in-one" hub has caused it to lose some of the lightweight simplicity that made the original Zoom so popular. It can sometimes feel bloated if you only need a basic meeting tool.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace primarily solves the problems of app overload, fragmented communication, and meeting fatigue in hybrid or remote work environments. In the past, collaborating meant jumping between separate apps for team chat, video calls, calendar management, and digital whiteboarding. By unifying all of these tools into one centralized hub, Zoom Workplace saves me a significant amount of time and mental energy. I can now seamlessly escalate a text-based team chat directly into a quick video huddle without breaking my focus or switching windows.

 ### 50. AI-Powered Productivity Boost with Smart Meeting Summaries

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kumar Varun V. | Product Management & Marketing Manager, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The standout feature for me is how Zoom Workplace uses AI to improve productivity. From summarizing meetings to helping draft messages and follow-ups, it takes care of a lot of routine tasks so you can focus on actual work.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Very little to dislike; if anything, the growing number of features can make the interface feel a bit complex.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the key problems it solves is the amount of time spent on routine tasks and coordination. With AI-powered features like meeting summaries, scheduling, and task management, it reduces manual effort and helps focus on more meaningful work. This improves overall productivity and streamlines workflows.
