I started using Zoom Workplace from covid time and i am still using it. It is very easy to use and it can be used anywhere. Zoom Workplace video and audio quality is unmatched. Even in larger meetings the quality stays same. I love this app as it consists everything that one requires (chats/screensharing/meetings/calendar/ Ai summaries). The best thing about Zoom workplace is that it works across all devices from phones to computers. I also really appreciate the customer service as they act on problems really fast. The best thing about zoom according to me would definitely include it being very easy to use joining meetings, sharing screens, scheduling meetings, be it anything it requires very minimal effort.

The desktop app tends to update frequently, and I find it frustrating when it decides to update right as I’m about to join a meeting. My PC also becomes noticeably slow whenever I open Zoom. There are more useful product but there are some drowbacks of this product is that is the product used all the sectors and used advanced features and admin setting but when new user are not easily used to this. when we used large meeting that used many conjume max memory and major is internet because internet is the key point of this without this we do not crete and join meetings.
