Hi there,

Thank you for your review and we're very happy to read that you like Zoom's smooth interface, good picture, and sound quality. We're disappointed we couldn't impress you more based on your rating. We do understand that meeting in person is going to be hard to replace, but we're always interested in improving our services and appreciate you your feedback. We would love the chance to resolve any issues and/or answer any questions that you may have here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new

Thank you!
