What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I use Zoom for pretty much all my work meetings and virtual events, so what I like most is how reliable and easy it is to use. We host everything from small team meetings to lectures, panel discussions, and larger educational events, and Zoom works well for all of them. I also really appreciate having recordings and transcripts available afterward, because it means I can go back to something I missed or use the discussion to help with notes and follow-up work. What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

I think some of the settings can be a little confusing, especially when you're organizing a larger event or trying to manage different meeting features. Sometimes you have to spend a bit of time checking that everything is configured correctly before an event starts. What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoom makes it much easier for us to run meetings and events without everyone having to be in the same place. We organize a lot of lectures, panel discussions, and educational programs, sometimes with speakers and attendees joining from different locations. Being able to host these events virtually, record them, and access transcripts afterward is incredibly useful. It also means we can refer back to discussions and make content available to people who couldn't attend live.
