What I find most helpful about Zoom Workplace is how easy and intuitive it is to use. The interface is straightforward, and joining, scheduling, and managing meetings requires very little training. Performance has also been consistently reliable, with good video and audio quality even when meetings include multiple participants.
Zoom integrates well with other business tools we use, which makes scheduling and collaboration much easier. The newer AI features are also helpful for things like meeting summaries and capturing key information without having to take detailed notes throughout a call.
From a pricing and ROI standpoint, it provides a lot of functionality in one platform and saves time by making virtual communication more efficient. Setup and onboarding are simple, and there are plenty of support resources available when needed. Overall, it combines ease of use, strong performance, integrations, and useful AI features in a platform that works well for everyday business communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike most about Zoom Workplace is that the platform has become a little more cluttered as new features have been added. The core meeting experience is still very easy to use, but some settings and newer tools can take time to locate or configure. While the integrations and AI features are useful, we don't necessarily use everything included in the platform, so the pricing can feel a little high if your primary need is video meetings. Occasionally there can also be minor audio, video, or connectivity issues, although overall performance has been very reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
