What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it brings video meetings, team communication, and collaboration tools together in one platform. The audio and video quality are reliable, and features like screen sharing, meeting recordings, chat, and AI-powered meeting summaries make it easier to stay organized and productive. I also appreciate how simple it is to schedule meetings and collaborate with classmates or team members remotely. Overall, it saves time, improves communication, and makes managing group discussions and online meetings much more convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that some useful features, especially advanced AI tools and meeting management options, are available only on paid plans. The application can also consume considerable system resources during long meetings, particularly on older laptops. Occasionally, switching between meetings, chat, and other collaboration features feels less seamless than expected. Improving the free plan and making the interface more streamlined would make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
