What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What stands out most about Zoom Workplace is its stability and low latency, even on fluctuating internet connections. Features like screen sharing with audio, smooth whiteboard annotations, and breakout rooms make virtual classes and group project coordination seamless. The chat window handles file sharing efficiently during live sessions, and the automatic cloud/local recording options make it easy to archive discussions for later review. What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

While Zoom is generally reliable, long sessions can cause noticeable system resource strain. The desktop client consumes significant RAM and CPU, which can slow down other background applications and drain laptop battery quickly when running video, recording, and screen sharing simultaneously. Additionally, navigating deeper audio and video settings during an active call can feel somewhat cluttered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
