"Clean UI and Easy Setup, But Needs Better Spacing"

What do you like best about Zoom Virtual Agent?

The best thing I like about Zoom Virtual Agent is the ease of usage. The UI is very clean and nice, and it's easier to navigate. I use it for troubleshooting and connectivity problems, like when I'm not able to get into a meeting or need to set up a meeting. We switched from Microsoft Teams to Zoom Virtual Agent because of the ease and convenience to set up, and price wise. From what my team said, the setup was pretty easy. What do you dislike about Zoom Virtual Agent?

{"The spacing is pretty narrow in certain areas of the UI. I don't remember exactly, but spacing is an issue.","Because the spacing is too tight, I could not read the chat. I would like to see at least four, five recent text that we have interacted with the virtual agent. The icons are placed too close.","While interacting with the agent, not all options are suggested for improvising quicker response.","The agent didn't suggest useful options when I wanted to discuss how to create a meeting locked for a certain institute only.
