The best thing I like about Zoom Virtual Agent is the ease of usage. The UI is very clean and nice, and it's easier to navigate. I use it for troubleshooting and connectivity problems, like when I'm not able to get into a meeting or need to set up a meeting. We switched from Microsoft Teams to Zoom Virtual Agent because of the ease and convenience to set up, and price wise. From what my team said, the setup was pretty easy.
