I really appreciate how Zoom Virtual Agent has saved us a lot of time and manpower by handling repetitive tasks efficiently. It's impressive how the quality of the answers and the resolution rate has improved since we trained it with our knowledge base. The agent works pretty well in providing accurate answers to crucial inquiries, like billing or product-related issues.
