What do you like best about Zoom Virtual Agent?

I really appreciate how Zoom Virtual Agent has saved us a lot of time and manpower by handling repetitive tasks efficiently. It's impressive how the quality of the answers and the resolution rate has improved since we trained it with our knowledge base. The agent works pretty well in providing accurate answers to crucial inquiries, like billing or product-related issues. What do you dislike about Zoom Virtual Agent?

The way we train our agents could be a bit more efficient. I believe they can add much more options to train the AI agent properly and in a better and efficient way. So that the answers to queries could be a bit better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
