Zoom has set of amazing features and collaborations which make it a great app to chat, call or meet with people who can be co-workers, clients or customers. it is also helpful in organizing webinars, video and call conferencing and has great host controls. It can collaborate with Microsoft outlook and can lead to organizing and scheduling meeting through Outlook itself. it has intuitive to use mobile, desktop or web app. It is also secure app and has ability to have passwords and unique participant link for every meeting. It has features like see status of co workers, record meeting, share screen or raise hand which helps create an amazing meeting experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Zoom Phone? It had recently some security bug due to which some clients were reluctant to use the app and due to this companies need to have other apps to meet with clients. it requires a lot of memory and space to download and install. it also requires additional space for storing and recording meetings. It does not integrate with other communication apps or phone services so does not allow to make phone calls. it is not beneficial for small or mid size organization as it has high cost of maintenance. It has a feature 'call on my phone' which is quite expensive and companies choose not to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
