I like that Zoom Phone makes it easy to talk with colleagues when I’m away from the office or traveling. The connection is usually very good, quick, and efficient, and I don’t normally have connection problems unless it’s something on my end. I also like that it works on different phones, not just iPhones, and on desktop, so I can move a conversation from one device to another without friction. It worked better on mobile than Microsoft Teams and was more portable. Call forwarding is useful when I need to pass a client’s question to my manager, and I find the desk phone support options helpful when something goes wrong.
