What do you like best about Zonos?

What I liked best about Zonos is the resources they provide through thier portal. Zonos provides great reading material to help your business from international shipping guidlines, definitions and more. Our team also appreciated the amount of support our onboarding manager gave. What do you dislike about Zonos?

Zonos provides everything they need to within the reporting portal but when exporting to excel, some columns seem duplicated and can make it hard to get the full picture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zonos solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Zonos we were never able to calculate international duty and tax fees before shipping. With Zonos we feel comfortable that all costs are accounted for before shipping to our international customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
