What do you like best about ZoneBilling?

What I like most about ZoneBilling is how it organizes billing data in one place instead of relying on multiple spreadsheets and manual tracking. What do you dislike about ZoneBilling?

The initial setup takes time and requires careful configuration. If the billing rules are not set correctly at the start, it can lead to adjustments later.Some reporting views also feel a bit limited when you want more customized breakdowns for management review. It was harder to track invoices consistently, especially as the number of customers increased.
