We did the migration from Microsoft One Drive to Zoho Drive. For every folder, you can select whether you want someone just to view the files in it, be able to download or just upload files in the drive (or, naturally, all of the above). This allows me to set up unique upload links for our customers with just upload access (no viewing or downloading), but, at the same time, have an entire team access the drive. It's quite versatile! Not only that, but you can also store your own work there, or collaborate with co-workers. The best part of it all is that the size limits are almost non-existent. Especially when using the Zoho Suite, Zoho Work Drive is a must! **What do you dislike about Zoho WorkDrive?** What would make ZohoDesk drive even better, I think, is having it be more easily accessible. Maybe even integrated in ZohoDesk. It does take a sequence of steps to access it.
