What do you like best about Zoho Webinar?

the ondemand webinar features is the best. The biggest advantage for me has been how easy it is to set up and host webinars. The interface is clean, and most of the essential features are easy to find, even if you're not particularly tech-savvy. Registration management, email reminders, screen sharing, polls, and Q&A all work reliably, and I appreciate that everything integrates well with the Zoho ecosystem.

From the attendee's perspective, joining a webinar is usually straightforward. I also like that the platform feels lightweight and doesn't require participants to go through too many complicated steps before joining. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Webinar?

The user interface, while functional, sometimes feels a little dated compared to some of the newer webinar platforms. During larger sessions, I noticed occasional delays when switching between presenters or sharing screens. They're not major issues, but they can interrupt the flow of a presentation.

I also wish there were more customization options for the webinar registration pages and branding. The analytics are useful, but I feel they could provide deeper insights into attendee engagement without requiring additional workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Webinar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho Webinar has made it much easier for us to conduct online webinars and training sessions without having to juggle multiple tools. Before using it, managing registrations, sending reminder emails, hosting the session, and tracking attendee participation required separate platforms or a lot of manual work.

Now, everything is available in one place, which has saved us time and reduced the chances of missing important follow-ups. The automated registration process and reminder emails have also improved attendance rates. We can focus more on delivering the webinar instead of worrying about the logistics.

It has also helped us reach customers and prospects remotely, making product demos, onboarding sessions, and educational webinars much more efficient. Overall, it has streamlined our webinar workflow and made online events easier to organize and manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
