What do you like best about Zoho TeamInbox?

One feature I really like about Zoho TeamInbox is its ability to keep communication streamlined. This tool allows my teams to work collaboratively on emails without unnecessary back and forth. I also have the ability to assign different emails to specific team members and ensure that assigned responsibilities are clear and nothing falls through the cracks.

I think that for teams that need to manage large volumes of email, the tracking system on this platform will be very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho TeamInbox?

Zoho TeamInbox pricing is great for small teams, but it may be much more expensive for larger teams, especially if additional Zoho products are required to manage their business processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho TeamInbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho TeamInbox aggregates my messages in one place, and allows my team to access these messages, view and respond to emails collaboratively, and keep everyone else up to date.
