I enjoy using the rating scales and open-text questions to balance priorities with practical details. I like the response filters because I can narrow results to a particular site and discuss local concerns with the relevant manager instead of relying only on organization-wide averages. Follow-up surveys let people who use a space say whether a repair helped or needs another visit, and they help me find facilities problems that might not reach the maintenance team. My first survey was easy to put together and took a few hours, including a trial with two colleagues. I added location questions, satisfaction ratings, and conditional follow-ups, and checked how it looked on a phone. We now have a repeatable feedback process and adjust wording when responses show a question is unclear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think Zoho Survey could improve how it handles written comments. It takes me time to categorize them, and staff may describe the same issue in several ways, making recurring problems harder to count. Easier tagging and grouping of open-ended responses would help me identify common themes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
