What do you like best about Zoho Survey?

What I like most about Zoho Survey is how easy it makes it to create and manage surveys. The interface feels clean and beginner-friendly, so I was able to set everything up quickly without much effort. It also includes helpful question types and basic customization options, which are more than enough for most everyday use cases. What do you dislike about Zoho Survey?

One thing I didn’t like as much about Zoho Survey is that some of the more advanced customization options feel a bit limited compared to other tools. Also, at the beginning, it can take a little time to explore and understand all the features, especially if you’re new to survey tools. Zoho Survey helps me solve the challenge of collecting and organizing feedback straightforwardly. Rather than juggling multiple tools, I can create surveys, collect responses, and review the results all in one place.
