What do you like best about Zoho Social?

Zoho Social is a great, no-frills social media manager. I love that they have so many options for types of profiles, and the professional plan option has everything that we are looking for as a team. The tools we used in the trial period made a world of difference in our social media strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

I wish that the trial period was a bit longer to give you more time to fully use all of the features included. I also wish that the pricing had been more upfront. I did not see the pricing table until after signing up for an account. It is much more affordable than comparable programs, and I wish they were more upfront about this, as it would have saved me lots of research time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho allows you to schedule posts, look at post analytics, and has AI integrations that help with scheduling and generating content. I love that you can connect many different social media platforms to this program, and run them all seamlessly. I did not have time in the trial to try out the team aspect. If that works as smoothly as the rest of the program, I know this will be my favorite social media manager on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
