What do you like best about Zoho Social?

Zoho is much less expensive than most other social media planning tools with better features and more accurate analytics. It's easy to navigate and we get alerts in a timely manner when issues arise. The suggest post times have been useful in scheduling posts for better reach. Quick editing is useful for tweaking posting schedules and making each post count on its intended platform. What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

Had a few Twitter posts fail and had to be done manually. Would also like to see the calendar feature in less expensive plans. Can be annoying when you have to manually post things to Instagram via the app. Would like to see Zoho offer a "stretch and crop" feature so this can be avoided. What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're getting better accuracy with our posting schedule and reaching more followers than before. Seeing the analytics every time we log in helps us understand our followers better and reach them with more relevant content.
