What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

The ability to source for resume via Indeed directly from Zoho Recruit and create a profile directly. The free trial version also came very handy when we are looking forward to buying an ATS to support our business. Zoho Recruit has an extensive Knowledge Base to learn more about each of the features of their product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

Zoho Recruit does not have a chat support system, if I have any issue I have to contact our Account Manager via Email which sometimes waste time sometimes but most of the time our Account Manager has always being helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Zoho Recruit:

Zoho Recruit is an affordable ATS for both Recruiting Agency and In-House Recruiters that has a lot of features to support diverse recruiting needs for in-house recruiters and recruiters working at agency. You dont need any additional CRM tool to manage your client, you can manage client directly from Zoho Recruit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Zoho Recruit to source, manage and market to our pool of talents/candidates and to reach out to clients in order to grow our business to grow our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
