What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

It's an all-in-one recruiting platform, candidate database, job orders, submissions, client/contact management, interviews, communication, and hiring workflow are all in one place. What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

The biggest disadvantage is that the interface feels cluttered, there are a lot of menus, fields, settings, and customization options, which can make it overwhelming for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves many of the challenges that come with managing a high volume of candidates, job orders, and client activity. It gives one centralized system to manage candidate information, resumes, job openings, submissions, interviews, communications, and recruiting workflows instead of having information spread across multiple systems, like I had prior.
