It also has a mobile app for both iOS and Android. It also doesn’t cost you a lot and is actually quite affordable. It has GHANNT charts and reports function too. It also provides you with an intuitive calendar. It also integrates with Zoho Docs and Zoho Sheet. **What do you dislike about Zoho Projects?** Zoho projects have mobile apps too but these apps are of bad quality. And resource management tools that these apps use are a failure. Also, it is not good software to manage multiple tasks at once. When it gets overloaded, it is very difficult to work, so it is not a recommended tool for big teams. It has no facilities for capturing project requests, business cases, project charters, or project canvases - the tools required for good project initiation. It lacks a project-level artifact repository, the WBS creation scheme is counterintuitive and cumbersome, and it lacks easy dependency linking and task and subtask creation. It has minimal stakeholder management capability and no risk management or budgeting/budget management capability. These deficiencies combined mean Zoho Project lacks essential tools for properly planning a project, which translates into difficulty tracking the execution of any project. It is little more than a robust task tracking tool. I am at a loss as to why it gets such good ratings other than those given by people who do not do project management as a profession. This tool is so bad that I am taking the time out of my day to write this review. If you are a PM and need a tool that can help you manage formal projects and programs, this is not that tool. Being able to link tasks to employees and send out assignments and status is not the most important function of a good PM tool, and that is all this system has to offer. **Recommendations to others considering Zoho Projects:** Do not choose this service if you need to do serious project management. **What problems is Zoho Projects solving and how is that benefiting you?** It causes more problems than it solves. It's easy to use and has excellent functionality. It is user-friendly, intuitive, and works well when working as a team. The ability to integrate Zoho Projects with every other Zoho's app is a time saver. I am using Zoho Project in pair with Zoho Invoice and the possibility to export timesheets to create invoices automatically is perfect for getting all the administrative tasks done fast. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an all-in-one project management software. **What do you dislike about Zoho Projects?** I've found that creating a client in Zoho Invoice doesnt automatically export it to Zoho Project, it duplicates that client in my invoice app. Though I've noticed that creating a new client in Zoho Project first is a work-around, i'm looking forward to new updates to fix that issue and synchronize clients in between those two apps in a more intuitive way. **What problems is Zoho Projects solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have perfect control over my projects. But once we take and imply it I am very much happy to use it. The key features which I like about Zoho Projects are it is efficient in managing, executing, and collaborating a project and in increasing our team after using the Zoho Projects feature and tools while working on our project. We can also add clients to the client platform to get them involve with the project that we are collaborating on together, and we can limit and filter information that we are sharing with them. **What do you dislike about Zoho Projects?** Only 1 thing I don't like about this tool is that I need to install the software, and can't using it from my mobile device to using it **Recommendations to others considering Zoho Projects:** Would recommend the small and mid-level organization for managing their team task and reports and it is very cost-efficient plus services provided are very good **What problems is Zoho Projects solving and how is that benefiting you?** The very first problem we have accomplished through this tool is that manage tasks across multiple projects, provide resource allocation, and track hours of labor. ### 27.
