I use it for patient follow up tasks, weight loss consultation tracking, nutrition education content planning, and clinic workflow management. Creating tasks, updating status, setting due dates, and checking pending work is simple and does not feel confusing. Even during busy clinic days it helps me track what work is completed and what still needs attention. i also like features like task lists, reminders, timelines, progress tracking, and project views because they are actually useful for my daily work. Performance is smooth for regular use and the platform feels properly organized even when multiple tasks are running together. It also works well with tools like Google Calendar and Drive which I already use in my normal workflow. overall Zoho Projects helps me manage clinic work and health education tasks in a more structured and professional way without making things too complicated. A few advanced features also take some time to properly understand if someone is not from technical background. i also noticed that when many tasks, tags, and timelines are added together, the workspace can start feeling little crowded. During busy days this can slow down workflow slightly while checking pending consultations or education related tasks. **What problems is Zoho Projects solving and how is that benefiting you?** its helping me solve the problem of managing many clinic and nutrition related tasks in one place. Earlier, patient follow ups, diet plan updates, consultation notes, and health education tasks were getting managed separately, which sometimes created confusion during busy days. We use Zoho Sprints on the development side and Zoho Projects on the planning side, and it's great to have a solid integration between the two that keeps them in sync. It's helpful for tracking everything post-release, ensuring that all tasks get done efficiently. **What do you dislike about Zoho Projects?** A lot of the integrations that they have don't work the way most other similar projects do. For example, we would love a really good integration with GitHub, as we update things in GitHub, it's just really easy and just updates things back to Zoho Projects because we use GitHub as our source of truth for everything. But without a lot of extra work. It doesn't integrate simply with GitHub. Not the simplest one to set up.
